I ordered a rib platter. The 5 pork ribs were dry as though they were a day old. As a first timer at Hinnie's BBQ, and long timer Tenn rib lover, I expected fresh, easy off the bone, mouth watering pork ribs. I may have been safer with a pulled pork sandwich or a loaded smoked potato. The restaurant name is catchy. The atmosphere and service were great.
