Tried the new KFC CHICKEN NUGGETS and they were so OLD and DRIED OUT and TOUGH that they weren’t even edible. They give you garbage that should have been thrown out hours earlier when you order to go. TOTALLY DISGUSTING TO EXPECT FRESH FOOD AND YOU GET GARBAGE ! I’LL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Yes I went to KFC and got the sorriest chicken I ever had that's the smallest pieces of chicken I ever have got from KFC in the smallest biscuit that is pretty bad coming from a Kentucky fried Chicken.

The chicken was too spicy to eat tasted like someone dumped 2 gallons of pepper into the strip batter. Or cooked them in hot sauce. I called to ask about it and was not offered to get it remade and spent 30 dollars and my children and myself could not eat it.

The older lady working drive thru is rude af! I get you got a time to get customers through the line but that’s about ridiculous. We got to the window and she grabbed the cash and handed us the bag of food and shut the window. She did say have a nice night but we had to ask her about sauces and you could definitely see the irritation on her face. Some people just are not cut out for a customer service job.

This place has definitely went downhill it's way overpriced for dry chicken that is tasteless i ordered 3 $5 deals and it's more expensive then just getting a 12 pc bucket of chicken they overcharge you for drinks and they trick you into thinking 2 sides come with it but what they don't tell you is the second side is extra for will cost more money and it came out to $38 dollars i will definitely not be back they can keep their bait and switch chicken and go somewhere better
Livers were good. Potatoes tasted like the box they came out of. When they put the gravey on them they damn near missed. Slaw was kinda dry. At this rate I wouldn't expect you to be in business much longer. It's easy to see why so few people were there. You're too stingy to even put salt and pepper on the tables which we had to wipe off ourselves.

We ordered a 12 piece meal. All the chicken was old and gross. Biscuits where stale like they fished the out of the trash. The gravy was like jello. No breast all backs 3 legs that where over cooked and greasy. Horrible food , Horrible service. Asked for napkins. Didn’t get it. The cold slaw was watery. . Will not be coming here but $32 dollars for bad food. . Be advised if you do order your food ask for fresh!

I went inside the store to order. I ordered a chicken box dinner, a liver box dinner,and a chicken kids meal. I only got chicken and fries in the chicken dinner box, only liver in the liver dinner box, and they didn't give my daughter her milk with her kids meal. I went in the manager came to the front line I let her know the mess up. She was not happy about fixing my order. She acted like I was a complete inconvenience. How dare I come in and ask her to fix my order lol. Anyways the food was horrible livers and chicken were dried out, and chewy, fries were cold. I now remember why I don't go to KFC at all anymore.
