Coupon / double fuel points on floral, produce,& meat (doesn't work FYI) you will be told to call the 1-800 # which I tried and was left on hold till I gave up same as when it took 3 hrs to try to fix my card to load coupons, only to be told to get online and try again. It still doesn't work. Today, I simply asked if I could PURCHASE a bow that were in the other pots on same table , same flowers & price to be told IN A VERY RUDE WAY “NO†!!! i went shopping 6:30am to buy chilli fixins. i make my chilli with a can of flat beer. i asked a young man if it was to early to sell beer. he said "i dont know, im sober" then he added " thats the devils brew" i complained to a black man who worked behind counter in customer service. he said he was sorry. now is that a way to treat a customer? i wont be going back there to shop ever again

Went to Kroger because of a friends suggestion to get my daughters birthday cake. That was the worst decision EVER!!! There were flies and I mean MULTIPLE flies all over several cakes!!! Dead fly, flies still alive, it was like a breeding ground of flies. Needless to say I left the store empty handed. I will be telling friends and family of the mess I left. Wish I would have thought to take pictures but I think I was in shock!!

I usually love this kroger but my husband bought me a beautiful orange mini rose for valentines. $11.99. 9days later its dead and yes i watered it and give it sun shine. I hope i can get a refund or at least a replacement. Thank you, Patrice Delgado I have pictures to prove this.
