They allowed my husband to fraudulently cash a federal check he had forged my signature on. Never thought to check, never mind that the signature was forged. Then they covered their own as* and refused to explain to me how that could happen. Screw you, Lawrenceburg Kroger.

Coupon / double fuel points on floral, produce,& meat (doesn't work FYI) you will be told to call the 1-800 # which I tried and was left on hold till I gave up same as when it took 3 hrs to try to fix my card to load coupons, only to be told to get online and try again. It still doesn't work. Today, I simply asked if I could PURCHASE a bow that were in the other pots on same table , same flowers & price to be told IN A VERY RUDE WAY “NO†!!! i went shopping 6:30am to buy chilli fixins. i make my chilli with a can of flat beer. i asked a young man if it was to early to sell beer. he said "i dont know, im sober" then he added " thats the devils brew" i complained to a black man who worked behind counter in customer service. he said he was sorry. now is that a way to treat a customer? i wont be going back there to shop ever again

Went to Kroger because of a friends suggestion to get my daughters birthday cake. That was the worst decision EVER!!! There were flies and I mean MULTIPLE flies all over several cakes!!! Dead fly, flies still alive, it was like a breeding ground of flies. Needless to say I left the store empty handed. I will be telling friends and family of the mess I left. Wish I would have thought to take pictures but I think I was in shock!!

I love my Krogers store!!!! The customer service is always great. Everyone knows you by name. Granted some of the newer high school kids they brought I can be kinda snarky and rude... others are amazing. Wasn't sure of the new remodeling a few years ago but now I love how it's laid out. If only their parking didn't share with a bunch of other businesses it would be even better. Other than that the food is always fresh! This is the only place I shop for me deli and fruits/vegetables needs! The bread in the deli is AMAZING and fresh! Their cakes are always soft and sweet! Couldn't ask for better snacks than the brownies in the deli area!! This is the only place I will shop over Walmart ANY DAY!! the store manager and assistant manager truly listen to any and all concerns or suggestions!

Stinks- literally!! Walk in and it stinks- use or do something different to clean with, a store should not have a funk smell when entering but that is what this does- total turn off!! As for the bakery- okay, but prefer Publix- fresher and more appealing, better than Walmart for what it's worth. Fruits and veggies are okay but. It great. Service is okay- at times feels like more of a bother than being welcomed to shop- any more now- I don't go unless I need to or picking up a couple of things. It's the closest to me but will drive further for the service and cleanliness.

I usually love this kroger but my husband bought me a beautiful orange mini rose for valentines. $11.99. 9days later its dead and yes i watered it and give it sun shine. I hope i can get a refund or at least a replacement. Thank you, Patrice Delgado I have pictures to prove this.
