My issue was that I went through the drive-thru and I ordered a reese's milkshake and a #4 which is a Chili Cheese Fry + 5 Cheese Krystals.
They were out of ice cream so I could not get the milkshake, that's not the main thing though.
I got the 5 Cheese Krystal's which were absolutely fine. The issue was the chili cheese fries. You give a container but only fill it half full of what was ordered. Don't know if this is ordered by higher management due to increasing costs but it is not ideal at all to go order somewhere and you receive only half of what the order should be, especially when fast food is the same cost as restaurant food these days.
And that is all.

Hot, fresh, SUPER! We were traveling from Tennessee to Virginia and pulled off the interstate to go through drive-thru, and the young man who waited on us was polite and provided great customer service.
