Ordered online for 6PM pickup. Arrived at 6:02. Inside was closed due to staffing issues. Had to wait in the drive thru. Took 53 minutes to get to the window! Got our food at 6:55PM. We literally could have sat down at one of the many Mexican restaurants in town and been served in less time. I appreciate the hard work from the couple employees that were there, but if you can't staff the place, just close. Or at least don't take mobil orders. There's NO way I would have waited in that line had we not already paid. This was the 1st time I'd even been there in over a year because the last time was almost as bad. I won't make the same mistake 3 times.

My husband and I love Krystal's but this 1 time our burgers were soggy upon getting it straight out the drive thru window, the bacon on 6 burgers was not cooked at all, now the fries were good, the service from the employee at window was nice and respectful, but the food was disappointing.
It was actually pretty good the food was hot and fresh.

My issue was that I went through the drive-thru and I ordered a reese's milkshake and a #4 which is a Chili Cheese Fry + 5 Cheese Krystals.
They were out of ice cream so I could not get the milkshake, that's not the main thing though.
I got the 5 Cheese Krystal's which were absolutely fine. The issue was the chili cheese fries. You give a container but only fill it half full of what was ordered. Don't know if this is ordered by higher management due to increasing costs but it is not ideal at all to go order somewhere and you receive only half of what the order should be, especially when fast food is the same cost as restaurant food these days.
And that is all.
