Come on McDonald's!!! What kind of mess is this? Why can't you put more than 1 piece of bacon of your tiny biscuits that you charge $4.39 for? I feel so robbed just by this but then you charge $4.19 for a medium smoothie that looks pretty small to me so that right there is really freaking sad. Hardees is closing down so now yall will start to price gouge and make crappy food. Super disappointed with this breakfast. I have photo to post but I can't. Wonder why? 🤔

Live in loretto so coming to McDonald’s in Lawrenceburg is a rare occasion but EVERY time we do stop and make an order they tell us to pull forward and someone will bring it out, that’s fine. But today we ordered four meals only got 2 of those once we got to our destination to eat the food. You pay 45 bucks and only get half your food? Especially after waiting the extra time for them to bring it out? Then I try to call the establishment to ask if it was a mistake and if they could fix it. The phone rang rang rang no one never picked it up. So disappointed the drinks even were flat.

Disgusting. It is by the most filthy restaurant I've ever been in, and I hear the same thing from other mom's. Urine on the floor, kids walking through it and then playing in the fun land (4x I let the manager know). Garbage and smashed food on the ground. Every table has caked on dried/sticky sauces and soda on and under every table. Garbages over flowing.

Food is good, the service is veryyyyy slow, recently my family and I went to eat breakfast, we ordered and waited for about 50 minutes before I just went and asked for a refund, I ended up talking to the manager and got a refund but now it looks like they actually charged me a second time, so I'll have to get that sorted out, she told me they was slow because there was only 7 workers at the time, to me that sounds like a full on crew but I've never worked in the fast food industry so idk, but I don't plan to go back anytime soon, mainly because of the wait times.

My mom went and got us breakfast when she get off of work, when she got home and handed out the food, all of it was wrong. We were supposed to have a sausage biscuit and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, they gave us two POORLY made bacon biscuits that had half a piece of bacon each on them and were severely falling apart. We had called and told them the order was wrong and the lady was rude and said there wasn’t anything they could do about it unless we brought all the food back up there. My mom works nights, by the time she gets home she’s ready to go to bed, we asked if we could come get the correct order the next day, they were hateful about it and said no. Explain to me why we’re paying fifteen dollars for two shitty meals that are absolutely wrong falling apart and they won’t fix their own mistake. The morning shift is especially rude and it’s always the same two people.

It would have been nice to know that a minute after 10:30 you’re unable to get your breakfast item. Placed a mobile order for one breakfast sandwich got there at 10:30 and said they would not make it. I understand but you do not have to be rude. Placed a lunch mobile order and got parked as-well. Lady who brought the bag was rude. Lawrenceburg McDonalds needs to do better!!

We visit the restaurant on a Sunday because the kids got excited to see a McDonald’s with a playground which where we live it’s not common anymore. There was not a table clean for us to sit. There was no one to ask to clean a table, I always have cleaning wipes and small Lysol on my purse and I had to clean myself. I had French fries and I they tasted fried in old oil. I’m not sure if it’s because is Sunday they don’t have people working and this place looks so gross.
