Terrible service. Again!! You know you are in trouble when you get told to wait in numbered pickup spots. Ordered one frappe. 6 min still nothing. Lady that was told to park in pickup spot right after me was given several drinks and food. I go in. No one can give me my order or my money back. I walked out. Woman that was parked next to me didnt get what she ordered but………she had my frappe. So nice stranger gave me my order that was in her car. Typical lawrenceburg business plan I guess.

I don't know where to start. For a long time McDonald's brand has really fell off in recent memory. One time I got a quarter pounder at a McDonalds in Florence and it saw so greasy it got on my shirt. Now I just got back from McDonalds at Lawrenceburg and didn't get my fries, no straws, and the lobby was closed so I couldn't get any, and on top of that the car line was so long it wasn't worth going back to get them. If I could give 0 stars I'd try to give them -1 stars. No more money for this brand from me.

First time Ive been to McDonalds in over a year because of things like this!!!! I Ordered a number 1 and number 3 got a number 1 and number 7 how hard is it to take an order and read a screen?
I came in to get a small iced coffee just to be totally ignored by the cashier. No greeting, no please hold on a moment - nothing!!!! Then I tried calling 8x and they have the phone off the hook. What a poor excuse for for a restaurant. I left with nothing.

Food was great but the tables, floors and glass needs to be cleaned. It looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time on the floors and glass. So I had to get my Clorox wipes and clean the table and chairs. It was nasty.

According to your website you’re open until 12:00 am, pulled into the drive through at 11:12 pm, menu was on, lights were on, but no one took mine, or 12 other people wanting in lines order. Turn your lights off if you’re closed and update your website with appropriate hours

if i could give it 0 stars i would. second time coming here and it was awful. my husband and i came through here and asked for sodas and it was out okay no big deal. then we asked for water they then proceed to ask “in a cup or bottle” we said a cup of water will be fine then another woman started talking sorry not a woman a kid started talking and was rude as hell. “we can’t do a cup” then why ask. at this point i was telling my husband just to drive off. then after we get done ordering they put a large sweet tea on there. when we never even asked for a sweet tea. second time we come back i order a meal and literally forget half of it. worst costumer service ever. if your gonna work in fast food or be around people how about you act like it.
