Great food, great service & quick to fix any problems I might have with my food. Everyone is really nice, friendly and helpful too. Once, my Dad's steak was under done and was sent back. Upon return, was still under done & sent back. Third time arriving at our table, the Manager himself brought it to us and said "if it isn't done this time, I'll fix it myself!". Aside from that comical occasion, I have yet to encounter any issues here. As I said, quick to fix issues with the food & that comical occasion proved it to me several years ago.

First time in years to visit a Ponderosa. Had to travel 60 miles to do so, but it was worth the effort. Although the restaurant desperately needs a facelift, the buffet was well-maintained and tasty. Our waitress was attentive, keeping empty plates cleared and drink glasses filled. We made the trip primarily for the nostalgia, and we weren't disappointed.

My husband and I visited this location on February 21st, while dining my husband killed three roaches. They were crawling on the short wall at our booth. The manager came and said he didn't know where they were coming from, because they have pest control come out weekly. Well we certainly didn't bring them with us I replied, we were refunded our money. If you decide to patron this location, be on the lookout and definitely watch your surroundings. Dine at your own risk.

The buffet was horrible. Tasted old or over cooked. Salad bar was pleasant. My baked potato was cold couldn't even melt the butter. No won't be back.

Good hot food with a great salad bar. They don't have menus but a board to order from with a buffet for only $3 extra. You really can't beat the prices and quantity of getting a buffet with a steak dinner in Lawrenceburg. I definitely recommend eating here. Great for locals or for out of towners.
