Potato and chicken were fresh

The crew was outstanding and super friendly, and the food was fantastic. We had the loaded potatoes and ribs. The parking lot was packed and we could understand why.

I'm sorry Rick Lanning, even though we know each other, it's not great. Your employees really just don't care. The toast should be buttered and evenly grilled on each side. The meat and sour cream should be evenly portioned on the potato skins. You shouldn't add 1 pound of ham on a Ham and Cheese. The Nachos are just terrible. All the cheese on the bottom, stacks of chips lined up in the tray with nothing on them. Even the strips in your snack pack, over cooked and old oil. The Loaded Potato, so much butter it bleeds through your plastic tray. Can we at least get you to toast the buns? Give us some taste. If I have a choice to eat from there or just fix me a sandwich. it's the sandwich every time. I gave you a 2 because I know and like you. I just hope you hire someone to address these problems and for you to give up a little power to make things right.

Was in from out of town for a conference and decided to try it on my way out heading back home.

Ordered the pork sandwich combo with mayo (I do not recommend...go with regular sauce), seasoned fries and a sweet tea. I have had tons of barbecue and my grandfather was a pitmaster and this was mediocre at best.

The sandwich itself was cold so theres no telling how long it had been sitting out and so were the fries and it was a busy Saturday night.

Quite disappointed.

The last 2 times I’ve eaten at this place I have them grace and looked past the flaws. But this time after it being the same thing a 3rd time, I realize now it’s just how it is all the time. My food was sloppy, cold, and bread was hard. Lady slung the bag out the window in my face and said “here” then closed the window. She was taking someone else’s order when I pulled up to pay, and she was rude to them as well. She was rushing them with their order and talked over them. I guess they hire anyone these days. I used to love coming to this place, but I think I’m gonna take a long break and see if anything is better later down the road. Everyone there looked miserable and hateful. $10+ for some chicken tenders that are the size of my thumb is crazy.

Go to spot! I love their fruit tea & I’ve not found any other place like it! Their loaded potatoes, ham & cheese sandwich, BLT, slaw dog—seriously, everything is superb! The fact it’s locally owned has to be a highlight as well!

My favorite thing to eat here is dipping sweet potatoes fries in baked beans. Also my cousins own Rick’s bbq!

We love Rick’s! We come at least once a week, it’s so good! Very reasonable prices and a lot of choices. My daughter and I are hooked on the wraps!
