I really wanted a BQ salad and when I started chewing it it had sand all in the lettuce. You guys need to be sure and wash the lettuce. They replaced it with a potato. Not what I wanted!!

The meats had a good flavor, but almost nothing else tasted as if it was made on site.Frozen fried pickles and mozzarella sticks, which I can understand but pre-packaged ranch and other sauces. The house brand bbq sauces were filled with preservatives, and HFCS or corn sugar tasted ok, but it isn't a sauce I would take home. The shining star is the meat and the flavor, which in reality didn't need a bunch of sauce. I would suggest buying meat by the pound and taking it home. The rest you can get at a grocery.Wheelchair accessibility: Main floor business with no ramps to deal with.

It took over 30 minutes to get our food we were late getting back to work from lunch, we will not come back at lunch time again the restaurant was not very busy

Smoked wings are a new item on the menu and they are great. Also the fried pickles are the best I have eaten. Try them both when you visit.
Ordered a chicken salad no cheese. There is cheese all in it. Not like they had put cheese in it but like the cheese had gotten mixed in with the other toppings and then put on my salad. Pay more attention.

The bbq is awesome. Loaded baker potato with chicken is the best!
Food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. We all three got the BBQ beef sandwich... I mean slider. It was small. Kid sized. The flavor was very bland. The fries were over done and hard. The waitress acted as if she had better things to do than get me ketchup from behind the counter. Nice place though. Thought it was more of a relaxed, family establishment but seems to be geared more for faster food, without being fast. I'm glad I'm in Texas where we have good BBQ and know what appropriate serving sizes are. I go to Alabama a couple times a year. Don't worry, I'll never waste my money at this place again.

Man, I’ve given Ricks so many chances hoping for a good meal but every time I go there I sit in line for an hour just to order my food…drive off…look in the bag…and everything is wrong and missing items. Now had this been a one time or two time occurrence…then I get it, people make mistakes….but this is every single time I go to the restaurant. It takes way too long to get your food, then it’s wrong, and it tastes horrible. I just got the chicken sandwich and it was missing fries. I go to bite into the sandwich and the chicken is the consistency of rubber. You bite it and two seconds later it returns to its shape. Awful food. Awful service. Something has got to give with this place. It seems like it’s a bunch of 16 year old kids running the joint and more worried about dancing to the new tik tok trends than getting my food right and out to me in a timely manner.
