Went in and the two workers were sitting at a table The store is filthy The floors are dirty the doors have fingerprints all over The bathroom is dirty I went to the bathroom and I came out and said I don't want anything to eat because this place is dirty. Instead of sitting there talking when they have no customers which I understand why they have no customers they should be cleaning.

My online order#126E2E21-70 The Bread was hard on each end of the tuna Sub ( like it was old ,center was as it should be ) In special order I asked it if it could be cutt in three sections and wrapped separately, it was not,..3-2-2025 03:25pm ( Besure to check your online order at pickup I didn't ! I also tipped) I never had any problems at this location but I usually order in person,not online..

I ordered a 6 inch black forest ham with cheese. The man taking the order repeated it, so he knew that I didn't want the Homerun ham, but he sure charged me for it. I should have checked my receipt before I left because I've had other locations that have done the same, but since he repeated the order I thought he would do it correctly. It's only around 50 cents more, but if you're going to charge me more then give me the extra cheese and meat that I'm paying for. Maybe Subway needs to only have one choice for ham and cheese because 2 choices seems to confuse most employees. However, I've never had one to give me more meat but charge me for the cheaper sandwich 🤔 The bread was very dark. I hoped it would be OK but it tasted burnt and was crunchier than toast. I probably won't return to this location. It's in a convenient location but each time I've tried it the older employees, possibly the owners, are rude and just don't seem to care about the food quality.

Bought a sandwich last night and it was good. Bought two sweet onion chicken sandwiches only for the chicken to be cold and both sandwiches to be un-toasted even though both were clearly marked to be toasted. Unfortunately this is why we hadn’t eaten subway in years and I guess after today we’ll continue the trend once more.

Ordered a $12 all American sub online, drove 20 mins home only for it to have no meat and only chicken. How does one make a mistake like that when the app tells you exactly what it is. I called back to try and get a credit or my money back, was told my only option was to drive 20 mins back to have it remade. Will never be getting my service again ?
Let me preface this by saying I've never seen a grown man with greying hair on the verge of tears over something so trivial. I ordered on the app and put coke because coke zero was not an option. Whenever I do this elsewhere, it's not a problem however when I grabbed a coke zero the manager proceeded to scream at me that I had to grab a coke and not a coke zero and this went on for at least 2 minutes. I do not recommend going here as it is the worst subway within a 50 mile radius.
