Foods always good. There just unbelievably slow. You pull up and they ask you to order and than when you say want they take atleast 5 minutes to realize you ordered. And than take another 5 minutes before they even read it back to you.

you can tell why they get no business. employees are rude and even though there were 2 people inside and like 1 car in the drive thru, they ignored us walked away and then complained loudly that we “had an attitude” when we just asked for the baja blast for our order. 0/10. wouldn’t recommend. go to the taqueria beside them. they’re better in every way possible.

I come through often. Each time I get the same thing. Grilled chicken chipotle ranch burrito. For some reason, they are not grilling the burrito which has caused me to have to come back through and get it remade MULTIPLE times. I asked why and they said they have the grill turned off around the time I come to put it in “self cleaning” mode so that they can clean it at closing time. (I come when I get off around 12am) If you are not closed, you dont need to turn off any equipment that is needed to make the food people are still ordering… I cant believe I’m even having to explain/complain about that. I dont pay for my food not to be made the way it’s SUPPOSED to come. Ever. One star EVERY time. You’re losing money as well because I wont quit going around to get it remade each time until it’s made correctly. Most if not ALL of the time, it’s the red headed girl who is always making my order wrong. You 100% have an open position.

Ordered 3 taco Supreme, hard shell, without sour cream. Was at the drive through. Repeated the order at the window. Got back to my work location and the tacos had sour cream on them. Guy working the window last night with a visor and go tee does not need to be on the window. Order is always wrong quite a bit, never kind or shows the least bit of emotion, looks like he hates his job and he always forgets my fire sauce. Every. Single. Time. And then acts pissed when I have to hold up his line to get the sauce that i asked for when I ordered. I was honestly shocked he still worked there cause I figured he had been fired a while ago. If he’s the owner, sheesh. Normally I don’t review food places but I think if he was working for me I would be wishing someone would let me know.“What do you want”“What else? “Is language that should not be used in a drive through.Unfortunately this is the only fast food open late in lawrenceburg or I would not be going back. The day staff is literally a night and day difference. Very kind and typically get what I ordered.
