This is not a particularly safe alpha-gal friendly restaurant to eat at but we love their food. I enjoy the veggie po-boy with grilled chicken added. And their fresh squeezed lemonade is very good. The lawrenceburger is my husband and daughter's favorite, she didn't know you could put an egg on a hamburger.
Our usual waitress shift was ending as we were obtaining a table...I got the Kate and omitted the bacon..and noted to waitress I had a pork allergy (beef isn't as bad currently)..I saw her make a note. That sandwich didn't taste as good as I remember it being I believe more than the bacon was left off like the onions & mushrooms but I didn't say anything. I know it's a risk eating at places like this...so please listen to the customer when they have an allergy. Our service was good but our favorite waitress goes above and beyond with my food or I wouldn't risk it..

The food was so delicious and a great price but the service was top notch. Tabitha was our server and she was AMAZING. Probably the best customer service I've seen in years. Great attitude, fast and personable. Will be coming back for sure. One of the best diners I've ever been to.
