The Pie Factory (Lawrenceburg)

I am originally from Chicago so I do consider myself a pizza snob. And no, we are not all about deep dish. I have had a hard time trying to find a pizza place that would even come close to what I had in Chicago. Then I tried The Pie Factory. The pizza there could compete with any of the best places in Chicago. In fact, I would put it on my top 3 pizza places ever. We get it every single weekend now.

Always a good time with good food...little pricey...but good

Calzone and meatball and cheese plate was awesome. Definitely made in house with great flavor.

Went to the Pie Factory to eat. We asked our server Ayden what she recommended for a more popular pizza. Safe to say she did not disappoint! Great server and great food!

3 of us dined here for lunch. We got the tomato basil dip, & 3 pizzas: granny's garden veggie, cheese, & old faithful. The dip was a chunky tomato with perfect flavor. It was very good! I ordered the garden veggies and it was OK but I feel like would have been better with more sauce or seasoning in the sauce. I ended up adding some spicy buffalo sauce & salt for a little added flavor & it was just what it needed. Hubby enjoyed his old faithful & friend loved her cheese! I'm sure we will be back. Ps, there IS a gluten free option.

This place is a gem. The pizza selections out class most well known NYC and Chicago Pizza places. The warm atmosphere, pleasant staff and interesting and thoughtful pizza selections are a must to try. Do not pass through Lawrenceburg without stopping here for pizza and wings.

Sunday lunch with out of town guests. Manager Bryce and wait staff Mili took outstanding care of us! Pizzas (yes, Pizzas. I think we ordered 4.) were on time and excellent. One of our favorite places in Lawrenceburg!

We were greated and seated immediately. The server was so professional and helpful. Our food arrived promptly and the pizza was delicious!! We had a large pizza with half of it "the babe" and the other half was "The Two-five-six." Cooked to perfection!! No complaints about the food. I did order a draft beer and unfortunately they were out of several of them, but they still had other options so no biggie.

It depends on your servers here. They have a few that are great but then sometimes you get a few that never comeback to the table for refills or ask if your food is ok, etc... I have not been back since about 2 months ago due to this problem. It cost to much money to have bad service!

I was traveling to Florence and stopped on for a bite on the way. Walked up to the bar because I was by myself and I'm not going to take up a table than a server could get sat a 2 or 4 top. I'm not a drinker, and many times my experience eating out tells me that means the service at the bar won't be the best. Millie was very attentive to my nitpicky order and made sure I got what I asked for the first time. My soft drink cup never got empty and I didn't need to ask for a thing. Super friendly and made sure I didn't need anything despite not racking up a tab. The food was fresh made and correctly made the first time too. I asked for extra cheese, so it took longer than usual but I understood and I'm glad they took the time to get it right the first time. And no Bekah, I'm not being bribed, paid, or held under duress to say this. lol

Very good food and service, as well accurate time of pickup. Was not expecting the thin crust, but it was still pretty good. I did, however, expect a lot more toppings. Keep up the deliciously great work though.

I am keeping my word to correct my review. The server we had, reached out to me and sent what I feel is a sincere apology for the treatment we received during our last visit. He expressed that he recognized and regretted his actions after reading the review and realized that he is in fact a representative of the company he works for and understands that his actions reflect the entire company as a whole. I commend him for doing this, as it takes a lot of courage to do so. Thank you for helping change my mind young man.
