The store was locked down despite being open. Arranged a pickup order and when I got there I had to call them to see how I'd get my food, and they made me walk through the drive through.

I been sitting here 15 minutes waiting on back potatoes They left out fries the boy brought then out no bag in his hand Then they left out chicken nuggets I went in to get them she hand them to me no bag three times she went in and got no thank you there no no I’m sorry my daughter went in there three times. There was no I’m sorry whatsoever.

I don't think Wendy's has fresh never frozen patties any more. It's a shame cause that use to make their burgers stand out from the rest. The young man at the window wasn't paying attention when I was trying to pay him and they didn't give us half our order.

WORST FOOD AND SERVICE EVER!!!! No wonder Wendy's is going under!!! They just needs to close this location, or get a whole new crew. Nothing about this visit was even ok, let alone good!! Ordered 2 meals and both were wrong. The ketchup was EVERYWHERE, inside and outside of the wrappers, on the inside of the bag, and the burgers were drenched in it. Tomato slices were on the verge of spoiled, just total mush and smelled off. Meat was WAAAAAAAAYYYY overseasoned, super salty. The food was disgusting. The service was a joke. It was 2:30 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon, no excuse, no reason at all for the lack of quality across the whole experience. They weren't slammed, or even very busy. 2 cars in lot, and 4 in drive thru, including us. Never got a receipt, tried to complain online, and that process couldn't be completed because I didn't have a receipt number to fill in, because I didn't get a receipt. It goes on and on and on and on...... We will not return, ever!!

Lunch rush hour and the restaurant is empty...
I passed the worker as I walk in the door but yet I still send at the cash register for a few minutes before she decides to come in and take my order.
The drink machines are leaking horribly.
But as long as the wet floor signs are up they could care less about anybody falling as I almost did.
Ganine looked very miserable at her job, Even more so when I told her that the water was puddling up in the floor, She shrugged her shoulders and told me she had already been over there twice to clean it up.
I don't know what's happened with Wendy's but what I can tell you is that it's went downhill a lot

order a family bucket of chili and not only got charged $28.00 for the chili but they didn’t have a carrer for it they just give us 6 cups of chili and that wasn’t worth the $28.00 normal we can eat a bucket of chili twice and we only had 2 small cups left and that isn’t worth no $28.00 that might be my last trip to wendy’s

Where do I start? Went through the drive thru. I haven't been to this location before today. There is no syrup in the diet coke, and the fries were seriously over cooked! I spent 40.00 for 3 people. My son said his son of a baconater sandwich was very good and my grilled wrap was good, but a little dry, like there was no ranch on it. I don't have time to go back or take the fries back.
