I'm very disappointed in Wendys. Last night my ex and kids ordered from the drive-thru, after getting their meal, my daughter unwrapped her hambuger and found that she recived a hamburger that had a bite already taken out of it. Their only reply was that they had no idea how that could have happened. Well, if you think the hamburger was never opened to begin with, then one would think it was done by someone that worked there. Very, very disappointed!!

Very rude customer service!! We stood there at the register for 15 minutes while the girl was filling the order ahead of us, they were a lot of workers that just seemed to be lost and didn't know what to do 😢ðŸ˜ðŸ˜¢ so finally we decided to leave there, with out a greeting or food, I absolutely don't recommend trying to eat here the service is HORRIBLE

Usually Wendy's are ok but this one is terrible they didn't give me sponge bob stickers or bx for the krabby patty collaboration and they consistently make orders incorrectly .

I have never in my life delt with such unprofessionalism. This Wendy's drive crew is hateful,rude, dishonest and down right horable. I ordered two burgers, small fry,loaded fry, 10 nugget and a chocolate frosty. A picture of my nuggets have been taken to show that they are so old they are a dark brown color,hard as a rock and very gross. If I could give less stars then I would. The nightly drive staff made no effort to resolve anything. Instead my wife was told to get out of line and go away. The front drive attendant then caused a scene accusing my wife of an attitude when she had said nothing. I will give this restaurant 48hrs to respond. If I do not hear from you I will follow up the ladder as far as need be to resolve this issue. My 5 star critique rating speaks for itself.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the third time I have placed an app order that wasn't accurate. Breakfast sandwich had no sausage, replaced biscuit with a English muffin, burgers dry and cold in previous orders, food missing from order etc. You can't reach anyone at the store to inform them of the issues. This is terrible business.
