I ate inside almost a week ago and I think it's safe to say that I will never eat inside again. I'm not the type of person to leave reviews because I could really care less but this just really didn't sit right with me. As soon as I walked in I could hear somebody yelling at someone else in the back near the kitchen area. As I walked up to the counter the yelling stopped and a young lady and a young man came to take my order. I feel very sorry for this young lady and young man! they took my order everything was great they were very respectful and the service was very good. After they took my order I went to go make my drink by the time I was done my food was out I thought the service was very timely. As I was eating my food, which was absolutely delicious, I could hear more yelling going on. I was seated near the door so I could see the front counter area and into the kitchen slightly. I watched a woman yell at the young lady who just took my order telling her that she needs to be kind of customers and that she should not be so rude. She was not rude to me and she did not deserve that type of treatment. I then watched that same woman walk up to another co-worker and hug him and start smiling and turn and start laughing at the young lady as she walked to the bathroom. I thought nothing of it and continued to eat my food while minding my business. I then threw my trash away and went to wash my hands in the restroom. I walked in and as I was washing my hands that young woman came out of the stall eyes puffy and red as she had been crying. I don't think I can eat at a store that treats its employees like absolute crap in front of its customers. It makes me appalled to think someone so kind and respectful is treated so terribly and just makes me think what happens when customers aren't there? I really hope this was a one time thing and they were having an off day. I like to see the good in people and seeing how they were treated hurts my heart. I hope this review brings this to the attention of the right people and everyone can learn to be kind to others.

I ordered a kickin chicken meal at 6:20pm and got home and this is what it looks like. No top bun and two tenders. A+ job

Went to Zaxbys tonight at 8:35pm to immediately be told that anything that I order will take 10-15mins. Proceeded to order cause I did not mind the wait. The server on the headset continued to have a negative attitude repeating what else on the headset as if she hates her life and seemed upset that I continued to order when they close at 9pm. I ordered a salad…. You mean to tell me that Zaxbys didn’t have any chicken prepared at 8:35p when they close at 9:00pm?
It’s sad that I didn’t get my food because I could not stand the disrespect through a headset. It’s sad that McDonald’s has better customer service.

When we walked in we were greeted with big smiles and great attitudes. Big change from the normal fast food restaurant I been into lately. Colton was beyond wonderful. Thank you very much for making my day better !

Went through drive-through Cheyenne was amazing. She did a great job at taking my order. I would come back again. I left my food. I got a Big snack snack in the young boy in the window was great too

Poor customer service at the drive thru. Cheyenne wasn’t nice at all, she was rude. We placed order at the drive thru, waited for reply from employee and nothing. So we drove up to the window and that is when Cheyenne came over to the window and made remark , to order before driving up to the window. Explained we did order and waited and no reply back from Emily.
In other words, they didn’t have anyone in the drive thru, some times it is how you say things. Cheyenne - kindness and how you say things goes a long way.
You didn’t need to be ugly. My husband can’t hear that good. Hope you will learn to be nice and kind to others and not so hateful to customers!!!!

To start off, I love Zaxbys. I hate that I’m about to write this but feel like I have to. A couple weeks ago I ate at Zaxbys in lawrenceburg. Less than an hour after finishing it, I was stuck in the bathroom. Definitely food poisoning. ANYWAYS, that’s not the point of this post. Today I decided it had been long enough that I wanted to try again. My fiance and I went and she ordered a Cobb Zalad. When she opened it she discovered a PENNY sitting right in her salad. How? I don’t know. Either way, the obvious choice was to go back and get a new one. I explained my situation and THEY LAUGHED. They really thought it was funny that my fiance could have choked or broken her teeth on a damn PENNY. Sickening. Now I’ve worked in the food industry for years. If you find something in your food, you get a new one and it gets taken off the bill. Every time. Well today Mr. Jared didn’t like that idea. First he said they can’t do that. Then I told him at any food place I’ve worked we would immediately refund it. I gave him my receipt and there was a small part of the top ripped off. He then said he had to have that tiny bit of my receipt to be able to give my money back(even though they are fully capable of printing a copy). He wouldn’t do it so I left. I then found the rest of the receipt so I called Zaxbys and guess who answered? Mr. Jared. I explained I found the rest of my receipt and would come back, but now he says he can’t do that either and I have to talk to his GM. I asked for her number but no, he said I have to come back Monday. Safe to say I will never be coming back here. If I want Zaxbys I will now be going north.

The girl that took my order to go. Talked so fast. You could not understand any thing she said. I placed my order. Then she took one of the ideas I ordered off. Did not say anything. Yes one idea was free . My loyalty card was full. She took off my husband's meal. So when I got my order and told her I was short one meal. She said well the salad is in the bag. I didn't question about my salad. So I had to place a order for my husband's meal. She was smart faced with a silly smile on her face. I have been to this business several times. I will try not to be back. My husband ask for food from Zaxby's not me.
