One of the best Zaxby locations I've ever had the pleasure of stepping foot in. Impressive Cobb Zalad and Fast service with a super clean dining room and drink station. The grilled chicken was perfect.

Refused to wait on anyone because apparently they had to have the entire staff meeting about ice cream. Literally shut down the whole line for 10 minutes while people were waiting. Waited patiently and still messed up the order.

Well i got a milkshake today from zaxbys about 10 after six the young man that tried to hand it to me the cup busted it went all in my car on me and the side of my car. Him and the young lady remade my milkshakes. But there was alot of employees laughing he apologized and so did the young lady give them a raise but to have alot of other employees laughing not cool at all.

Took over 30 minutes to get our to-go order. We watched all the orders go ahead of ours. Although it was a large order, we should not have had to wait so long .

I ordered a Cobb salad with extra bacon and cucumbers. This was the remake after I called them and told them I didn’t get what I ordered and they didn’t have the egg.
This one was thrown together without any tomato or cheese. I asked if I could have some cheese and they gave me a little sauce cup of cheese very small. They need to do better . Now I know why they don’t have anyone there. If you can’t take pride in your work. I’m very disappointed. Not going back.

I attempted to place my order but every time I tried telling the worker what I wanted she spoke over me. It's frustrating that customers can't tell you what we want because you choose NOT to listen.

I wanted honey mustard sauce. Didn't get it because the worker is busy talking over me saying it comes with zax sauce.

I requested extra ice with my drink. Not only is not on the receipt- I received a regular sprite.

Last but not least, i ordered 2 nibblers. The zaxbys website list it as $4 for 2 nibbler sandwiches. She was so busy yelling that she rang it up wrong- $2.39 each.

Not one fork included. 4 napkins. All of the food appears old. Toast isn't even hard. This whole thing is shocking to me because Zaxbys doesn't have a bad reputation for customer service or their food. This location and the people they chose to hire is definitely a problem.

Basically because she talks too much I didn't get what I wanted and was overcharged. Train your employees to LISTEN. Stop talking when we place our orders so you can HEAR us.

My husband picked up salads tonight and got them home only to realize they didn’t give us our ranch dressings. Now he has to go back out to the store to buy ranch because it’s closer than going all the way back to zaxby’s. Do better!

Got lied to over the phone from the supervisor named Makenzie I went through the drive through ordering 66 dollars in food get home an none of my sauce is in there after I asked twice to make sure my sauce was in my bag get home call up there Makenzie said I made your order an your sauce was in there my sauce was on my receipt an the garlic buffalo blaze she said they never had that sauce but yet I paid for it on my receipt she never called back but yet accused me pretty much of lying over some sauce she needs to find another job that’s not in customer service I will never come to that zaxbys again
