Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I ordered a Cobb salad with extra bacon and cucumbers. This was the remake after I called them and told them I didn’t get what I ordered and they didn’t have the egg.
This one was thrown together without any tomato or cheese. I asked if I could have some cheese and they gave me a little sauce cup of cheese very small. They need to do better . Now I know why they don’t have anyone there. If you can’t take pride in your work. I’m very disappointed. Not going back.

I attempted to place my order but every time I tried telling the worker what I wanted she spoke over me. It's frustrating that customers can't tell you what we want because you choose NOT to listen.

I wanted honey mustard sauce. Didn't get it because the worker is busy talking over me saying it comes with zax sauce.

I requested extra ice with my drink. Not only is not on the receipt- I received a regular sprite.

Last but not least, i ordered 2 nibblers. The zaxbys website list it as $4 for 2 nibbler sandwiches. She was so busy yelling that she rang it up wrong- $2.39 each.

Not one fork included. 4 napkins. All of the food appears old. Toast isn't even hard. This whole thing is shocking to me because Zaxbys doesn't have a bad reputation for customer service or their food. This location and the people they chose to hire is definitely a problem.

Basically because she talks too much I didn't get what I wanted and was overcharged. Train your employees to LISTEN. Stop talking when we place our orders so you can HEAR us.

My husband picked up salads tonight and got them home only to realize they didn’t give us our ranch dressings. Now he has to go back out to the store to buy ranch because it’s closer than going all the way back to zaxby’s. Do better!

Got lied to over the phone from the supervisor named Makenzie I went through the drive through ordering 66 dollars in food get home an none of my sauce is in there after I asked twice to make sure my sauce was in my bag get home call up there Makenzie said I made your order an your sauce was in there my sauce was on my receipt an the garlic buffalo blaze she said they never had that sauce but yet I paid for it on my receipt she never called back but yet accused me pretty much of lying over some sauce she needs to find another job that’s not in customer service I will never come to that zaxbys again

Slow on food, if I could give negative stars I would. 👎👎👎 waited 19 minutes. Do not go here. Two couples that came in 5 minutes after me got their food before I did. I only ordered a salad.

the employees are truly disrespectful and lazy. i went to get food tonight got there at 8 was told the food is made to order which we were fine with, but then we had to wait for 15 minutes at the speaker to give our order. the whole time placing the order the worker was rude, then we get up to the window and hear workers in the back saying “did you tell them it’s made to order” and the worker at the window said “ i did they don’t care” which implied to me that they do made to order so they don’t have to work and can start closing early. while waiting on our food we saw at least 10 cars drive off from being told everything was made to order and the extremely ridiculous wait of having to order.

The food is pretty good but there was a guy that worked there in the parking lot with his stereo blasting so it was hard to hear the lady at the drive thru.

The service was very dry. The kids working there seems to be very uninterested in their job although they didn’t have many customers the place look like it still could’ve given some more cleaning. Also the fries were completely salty. This was my first time here and I’m not sure there’s a need to go back. The chicken was good.

They charged for sauce without warning us kind of wack

I ordered chicken bacon ranch loaded fries, and received no bacon on them and when I brought it up to counter and told them this and asked if I could get some they refused and said I would have to pay, even though they are meant to come with bacon and mine had none on it. The girl who refused was very rude and and didn't even listen to what I was trying to say to her.

Best chicken I have eaten. I love their hot honey mustard sauce. Always fresh chicken. Go try it out!

the quality for price has gone downhill got a boneless wings and things the chicken was basicily nuggets with sauce and over cooked even the tenders were smaller than usual like half the size fries were OK some cold some hot realy won't be going back

The young lady who served us was very kind when placing the order, and it is worth mentioning the cleanliness of the bathroom. If they keep that place clean like this, which we all see, I'm sure that keeping the kitchen and the whole place clean is good. Congratulations on keeping the place clean. I hope that on a next visit it will be the same! Definitely a very satisfactory stay at this place.

If I was able to write without a star, I would me and my husband came to the Lawrenceburg Zaxby’s to eat some dinner. We went through the drive-through and I was talking to the lady and she just shut the drive-through door as I’m talking to her then I wait for this gentleman to come over to explain to him what happened he apologized, but then I saw him turn around, and they both basically laughed about it definitely the worst service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant
