What a great ice cream shop! Very clean and wide variety of homemade, creamy varieties. Staff/owner was friendly and kind. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of parking and great location.

I’m failing to understand how this place got such great reviews. To begin with- when you walk in, there’s an overwhelming bad odor. I’ve worked as a contractor in the Middle East for over 15 years, and I’ve been inside bathrooms in Iraq that smell better.
Next, the customer service is poor. I took my granddaughter there and she wanted to sample a couple of different flavors before deciding.
The lady behind the counter said there is apparently a “one sample limit”, and wouldn’t allow it. So regrettable that a seven year-old little girl could potentially bankrupt your business by sampling more than one type of ice cream.🙄
I will not return to this business again- there are way too many other ice cream options out there for my grandkids.

a really unbelievable place in Lebanon Tennessee. easy to miss because it's in a strip mall. but they have terrific ice cream and a great selection that changes daily. very friendly and The tastes are out of this world.

You should inform customers that you charge a fee for using a credit or debit card. I didn't notice until I looked at my receipt later. I find it very suspicious that according to other reviews, that you only accept cash. Humm... My first time here and the reception I received was as cold as the ice cream, flat and very unfriendly. I did not feel welcome and me, my family or friends will not be returning. I am neither Hispanic or of a lighter persuasion. Since you have the privilege and opportunity to have a business in America, then be willing to serve everyone with warmth and a smile, not just people who look and speak like you. Sick of it!

By far my favorite ice cream spot in lebanon. The kids and I have been coming here for years and we love all the unique flavors and the staff (especially Adelita). Prices are fair and they now accept card not just cash. Support this local female owned business. Your tastebuds will thank you.
