They are never open on time and take forever getting food out. They are always outside smoking and I’ve seen them go directly from smoking to making food without washing hands. They cuss about complaining customers in front of other customers. I will never go back

This is specifically to your Holiday deal coupons that you hand out. The deal that is on the coupon is $15.99 for 2 sandwiches, 2 6 piece nuggets, 4 small fries AND 6pc mozzarella sticks. Y’all are giving either the nuggets or the mozzarella and that is not correct. Corporate has even acknowledged that the deal is AND, meaning both! If it was a misprint they would have fixed it, it’s not so all workers at this particular location needs to know this so that they don’t get frustrated with customers who are simply making an order and just want to go about their day. If you personally have an issue with the coupon then contact your corporate and make your case, don’t harass customers. Thank you.

Paid 25 dollars for three sandwiches and one curly fry through the drive through. When we got home, the sandwiches had literally no meat on them, they looked like they had sit out all day also, and the curly fries were nothing but crumbs, only a few complete fries. Ridiculous we paid 25 dollars for this junk. Also, the website said they were running a special this week only for 1 dollar for curly fries which they would not honor because we did not have a coupon. The website didn't say anything about having to have a coupon and didn't offer a coupon to print out or anything. Complete waste of 25 dollars. We also tried calling the store several times to talk to a manager and no one would ever answer the phone at the store. We tried at least 5 times. Doubt we'll ever eat here again!
I just went through the drive thru and all I ordered was a L Jamocha shake with no whip cream and I received a vanilla shake that had whip cream on it….drive thru person needs to learn to listen to what customers want and not just hand them anything and expect them to happy with what they got

Ok, as usual, I pull up to the drive-thru and wait a full three to four minutes before anybody comes to the speaker. I ordered a number two which is a classic roast beef your choice of curly fries or potato cakes and a drink. I ordered the potato cakes and a sweet tea. So I pull forward pay for my food she hands me a tea and a potato cakes. Advised that I ordered a number two and so she went to get my sandwich. I always check my tea because it's easy to get that mixed up my tea was unsweet. I advised that I had asked for a sweet tea and the lady checked the tea and let someone know that it had no sugar in it. So they fix that gave me my tea gave me my sandwich and I already had my potato cakes. I had asked for Arby's sauce and there was none in the bag so I had to eat a dry roast beef sandwich and my potato cakes had obviously been fried in oil that had fish in it! My potato cakes taste just like a fish fillet sandwich! They were horrible ? oh and of course no napkins in the bags either. I must say that the food is generally good here at this location however today it was terrible and they are always slow getting your order in the Drive-Thru.
