I ordered the smoked brisket sandwich without barbecue as I normally do. This sandwich had barely any brisket on it & what it did have on it looked like it had been sitting for awhile. Worst sandwich I have ever ordered from this location.

This is a pretty new building and or recently renovated. I got a chicken cordon blu to go. Drove 10 minutes to my house and immediately sat down to eat it. It was awful. The bread was scorched and the chicken was so tough my jaw hurt from chewing it by the time I was half way through. Dispute the restaurant being nice inside the floor was so sticky it about pulled my sandals off. Good thing I wasn’t in flip flops. Still trying to chew this damn chicken. I swear I think it’s winning.

They are never open on time and take forever getting food out. They are always outside smoking and I’ve seen them go directly from smoking to making food without washing hands. They cuss about complaining customers in front of other customers. I will never go back

This is specifically to your Holiday deal coupons that you hand out. The deal that is on the coupon is $15.99 for 2 sandwiches, 2 6 piece nuggets, 4 small fries AND 6pc mozzarella sticks. Y’all are giving either the nuggets or the mozzarella and that is not correct. Corporate has even acknowledged that the deal is AND, meaning both! If it was a misprint they would have fixed it, it’s not so all workers at this particular location needs to know this so that they don’t get frustrated with customers who are simply making an order and just want to go about their day. If you personally have an issue with the coupon then contact your corporate and make your case, don’t harass customers. Thank you.
