Well I won't be going back to Burger King on Hartmann Drive it sucks do not for Tiffany making sure the customer's order is correct they wouldn't be so busy every time my family goes to Burger King they mess up our orders every single time and I show on my phone or order a piece of paper with all the orders on it and they still get it wrong like they can't read but when Tiffany Works our orders are correct

This somewhat dated burger-king has been the center of much drama and public nuisance in the past but has totally flipped the script and are doing things right. Great hard working employees that care about the customers, low wait times, and lots of local southern hospitality make this burger king shine. I'm glad I gave it another chance. We have been to this location multiple times and the food is always good. The food is always fresh and the staff is friendly. Tiffany the manager was also incredibly friendly and helpful.

I can't adequately express my disappointment in the food at Burger King. It was my favorite fast food place since the 1970s, when they were know for a delicious char-broiled burger. Last week, I ordered three Whopper Jr's. They were 10cm wide... About the size of a classic White Castle Burger! What has happened? They have shrunk a really good thing and turned it into a tasteless, tiny, thin burger that is almost inedible. Three of these are the size of a single Whopper Jr of 10 years ago! The onion rings didn't taste the same either, quality is GONE. This was the worst and most expensive meal I've had since the beginning of COVID, and that's saying allot.
I took the steps to complain thru their website and they didn't bother to respond. So, you get a one star review. Perhaps this will get your attention! Do better Burger King!! I won't be back until you improve this major problem. Money talks, and you won't be getting mine, AND I will be sharing my experience with all who will listen. Perhaps then you might care about customers.
