Cajun Restaurants in Lebanon, TN

“In my line of work, I have traveled all over the US which has afforded me the opportunity to dine at many different establishments. I've experienced everything from food trucks too Hell's Kitchen.What I know to be true is that everyone has different taste leaving behind the fact of credibility being a card loosely held with regard to an opinion. Thus, it's rare that I share my opinions. However, today is a different day.In short, what I enjested today, took me to a place of enjoyment that I've not experienced in well over a decade. A simple Shrimp Po Boy sandwich from a food truck in thr Lowes parking lot in Lebanon Tennessee. One bite in and the heavens open up, ringing in the Vienna Boys Choir. Shrimp is not supposed to melt in your mouth but this one did. So much so, I want 20 minutes out of my way to drive back and thank them personally.In addition, I also decided to write a review, which I never do. All I can say, it's my opinion, but I believe you will feel the same if you are a fan of Cajun style cooking.“
