I didn’t get to the food. I had a coupon for a family meal with two sides. I wanted to upgrade to premium sides and they tried charging me the full amount for both rather than allowing me to pay the up charge. The GM came up and reinforced the foolishness. I wouldn’t eat Captain Ds again if the Captain fried it himself.

Worst experience at a restaurant EVER!! Had to go inside because after 5 mins at the drive tru intercom, with no greeting or anything, I had no choice. Order a Deluxe Seafood Platter, and didn't get the shrimp or Stuffed Crab (the 2 main things that make up the platter), and 3 tiny pieces of broccoli. To top it off, the male cashier was extremely rude, yelling at customers, and acting like we all were an inconvenience. Never again.

VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THe sweet AND SOUR SAUCE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE!!!!!
This is the 2nd time we have tried it. The first time it was bad. This time it was not much better. The fish itself was ok. The chicken was ok. (Definitely not Long John Silvers) the mac n cheese tasted like water down cheese. Ewww. The okra was soft...the broccoli was bad...cold and no flavor. It's truly hard to ruin broccoli if it's warm and has butter on it. So I will never be back. The people working were very kind. I will say that.
Order a family sample pack today and right off the get go I noticed mac and cheese was missing I turned around in the drive through and came back and told them I was definitely missing it. After a discussion of what a proper family sized size was and they kept trying to offer a single portion i got my proper side. I went all the way home and I'm missing all my shrimp and chicken over half the family meal. I recieved only 2 tiny packs of vinegar and 1 small tarter for an individual meal. I have called over 6 times and they will not answer the phone as it rings until finally it hangs up. It's my fault I guess for not checking my food in the drive thru to assure I have all my items but for them to not even call back or answer my call is unbelievable. For almost 60 bucks i feel like someone should be properly checking orders. I had a family get together and now instead of people getting dinner theye are missing out on their food
