I’ll never understand the obsession with ranch! It’s like they need to get rid of it or something! I specifically say I don’t want it and every time it’s in my to go box with that flimsy lid and gets all over everything. Disgusting.

Our family went in, was shown to our table, and then left without ordering. There was food smeared on our table, food on 1 of our four chairs, and food under our table. My feet were literally sticking to the floor. It was gross and we took our menus back to the hostess and left. Won’t be back. Ick!

Ive got a couple complaints to share here but i wanna esp address the main one that is really bothering me, and that is the zoisk kiosk machines that are setting FREELY on each table! I understand its to pay ur bill however if ur paying cash is different, this isnt my complaint, my complaint with them is my granddaughter got it and was able to play lil simple games on it and me unaware that if she is to play on this machine im to be charged a charge of 2.99 for her playn with said machine, however there is NOTHING telling someone this, until u get ur bill (payin cash) so how is this even fair? Shouldnt there be some kind of consent security on said machines so that children cant access the games if it cost to play? I really need to know. To me it looks as if its there for entertainment while patronizing the establishment! Now dont get me wrong i was lookin at the machine, and there are games on there that cost but it also ask for ur debit card..but im talkin about the games that doesnt require ur card. I go in here to eat often(i always pay cash) and have played these machine many of times myself and have NEVER been charged on my bill for playing aka solitary card game, memory game, etc. but last night the lady TRIED charging me for it, she saids it does it automatically when in fact it doesnt. How does it charge me automatically if i have nothing attached to the machine itself? She got the mgr and he apologized, however he still didnt answer my main concern, and that is how was my child able to access ir without my approval?

We went back today and tried the smash burger and it was so greasy and not cooked well done. I left without eating it and came home and ate.
I haven't been to a Chili's in years, and this was a great experience. The place is always packed. Great happy hour drink specials. Food came out quick and was good. Special shout out to our server Alyssa in the bar area; she was fantastic.

They have a good selection of combos at lunch at a reasonable price.
I never leave reviews but they brought my nashville hot mozz with MARINARA. after I specifically asked for ranch. regular ones okay cool I get it but the nashville hot should be served customary with ranch.
Now to the serious part. We were sat. Another server stopped at our table to tell us our server was busy. Half the section was empty so I'm assuming it was for cleaning chores before closing possibly. We seen our server one time the whole 1 hr and 23 mins we were there.
The to go order is mostly always wrong and no attempts to apologize for it. No attempt to make it right. I’ve spoken to manager before and still no help. They lack customer service at the to go.

30 minutes sitting at the bar. 2 beers. Never was offered a menu nor asked if I wanted a food order. 2 barkeeps playing around in the back with Glenn where we could see them. One just standing at the bar well playing with his phone. Not what we expect from this store.
