My husband and I went there on Saturday. We walked in right at 12:00pm (we joked about being on time for lunch).
The staff was nice enough. I ordered a bowl. I got rice, no beans, and chicken. Unfortunately, they were out of grilled veggies. I asked if they were totally out, and I got a shrug. So I guess they were. I also got guacamole because I had the promotion tied to my account of free guac. My husband got a burrito, and we each got drinks. I scanned my account and told them about the free guacamole.
The drink station is around the corner, and when we turned, two of their fresh drinks were empty. I settled for one of the drinks, which was not what I wanted. As in I would have never paid for a drink if I would have seen that they were empty. We also overheard someone in the table next to us complain about the syrup being out in one of the sodas.
We started eating and the chicken was so bad. I kept pulling gross pieces out that were inedible. My husband was doing the same thing. It was truly gross. Like cartilage-type pieces of meat.
I got home and looked at the receipt. They charged both my husband and I for guacamole. So I got no veggies, gross chicken, not the drink I wanted and no free guacamole. All in all, won’t be returning here.
We usually go to the Mt. Juliet location near I-40 and that place is great. Generous portions, quality meat, friendly staff. So I guess we’ll stay with the Mt. Juliet location even if it’s not as convenient

Went to chipotle to grab dinner tonight, only person there besides two people at a table, asked for white rice was told they didn’t have any, there were 3 employees just standing there not doing anything. All employees had very bad attitudes. Needs improvement!

Beef Barbacoa Bowl for $13.25 wasn’t even a full bowl. See photo made after pulling in parking spot after visiting drive through window. It’s not that the price for a bowl is high - the actual bowl wasn’t full.
In good faith, I stopped at Chipotle since I was on a time crunch. I didn’t have time to take it back and wait for them to fix it.
Addition: Chipotle wanted me to contact them online via their “Pepper” chatbot so they could let management know to fix these problems with improperly-filled orders. They offered no remedy or fix for this issue - just an empty suggestion that they will try not to do it again.
Bottom line: avoid Chipotle in Lebanon.

I think this location only manages to stay open simply because of doordash. I've never once gotten my food, and it was correct and a full portion. Receiving my order time after time and it's completely incorrect or lacking most of what is supposed to be included in the bowl is ridiculous. It's almost as if they challenge each other to make bowls with blindfolds on because how hard is it to scoop food into a bowl? Or am I wrong, and it's become a strenuous challenge since I was a teenager? I'd like to give workers the benefit of the doubt, but the level of inadequacy is off the charts. This location should be closed, to say the least.

The absolute worst Chipotle to go to, inside or period. I refuse to go to ANY chipotle now to spend my money. I’ll go elsewhere. This has happened too many times..
Your staff is the least welcoming I’ve ever seen keeping up a business. What a team… not only are we treated rudely like we never entered the business, we’re treated as if they don’t want us to come back- and it’s finally worked.
You keep young, rude staff that doesn’t respect or show the bare minimum of decency, or even manners to YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO BRING IN YOUR MONEY. If we’re supposed to be respectful, how come they’re so damn rude and dry. No smile. Welcome welcome, or even hello. All that aside we can’t even be fed or if we are, it’s dang sure not worth what we’re spending in there!
They’ll do anything to NOT work. I came inside to use the bathroom first, ( doors were unlocked) and then eat. It was 10:41… then this young Hispanic boy said “we’re not open yet. I said “okay, what time do you open?” He said “we’re not open” I said again, “what time do you open” he said 10:45… he wanted me to just leave is what he wanted.. and that’s exactly what I did!! It was 10:42… I could have sat a waited a second even though all the food was already ready and made and sitting. This is all within not even 30 seconds. So I walked out- won’t return either!
I cannot tell you how many times they have barely gave me a bowl with anything in it and I consistently have to ask for more because they choose to only give me a half scoop each time, IF THAT- at a time.. too damn scared to cook or work! It’s shameful. Oh no, I might have to do my job! Little do they know, now MY time to eat is now up, and I was STARVING- I’m currently doing my job… and haven’t eaten, now I don’t have time to!

It’s so bad that if it was the last place on earth to eat, I’d go out and hunt before eating here!!!! IM THE NICEST PUSHOVER.. SO TO HAVE A COMPLAINT FROM ME- YALL MUST REALLY BE RUDE, LAZY AND AWFUL……… AND ITS BEEN FREAKING REPETITIVE.
