I placed an online order for cinnamon rolls and I’m almost certain they gave me the leftovers from the bar instead of a fresh order. These are hard and I could tell they have been sitting for a while. They are all individually placed in the box. This was not my first time ordering online however it’s the first time I’ve received this type of service. I have always bragged about their cinnamon rolls but not anymore.
Update: contacted the restaurant and they made fresh cinnamon rolls. There is a complete difference in the photos. The first set nearly chipped a tooth whereas the fresh batch melted in my mouth. I had to make an hour trip but at least they got it right the 2nd time.

The food is ok. Some days the crust is over heated from sitting under the heated lamps for so long, they ask as you walk in if you like any special pizza just in case.you don't see you on the bar, there is games to play (arcade room) some days the drink machine works and recently I went I tried every drink and all of them was flat was going to get some tea and it was gone. Waited an hr possibly waiting for more tea to be made and never did so we just ended up leaving. Good place to eat and have large party functions.

I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza. They had olives on it. I ordered cheesey bread. They had olives on it. Their English was bad, it took me a minute to understand them. Their website says they close at 10pm, they close at 9:30. Closing time isn't accurate. The food was horrendous. I'm never getting food from them again. I would not recommend.

We love our Cici's in Lebanon, we eat there quite often and it's consistently good. We have a favorite employee there, his name is Tony. He is always friendly and helpful. We have a pizza that we like (on flatbread) and he remembers what we like on it & offers to make it everytime. We love to go when he is there, he definitely is an asset to the restaurant! Thanks Tony, keep up the good work!
Dietary restrictions: They are making "crustless pizza" now that's Keto friendly, made individually and you can customize the ingredients. The best part is it's included in the prize of the buffet!

The food is ok my son loved it (he's 10) could use some better arcade games like maybe actual games instead of a bunch of claw machines.
Salad bar has a great variety of toppings but could use some spinach or kale to add some nutrients to that salad base.
I would take my son here again for Mom and son dinners, at least until he out grows it (which parents know happens fast) I could see young Jr high or highschool students bringing dates here, location is great for dinner and a movie as the theater is right across the street.
Took my kind for a nephew birthday party and this place has really turned around. New games for the kids and fresh pizza rolling out even at not peak times (when we were there). Will be back
