This place is the best places to get a roll. And the the person that service you is the most nicest person in the world. I love her to death. She always has a smile on her face and she is alwAys got the time to listen when you need to vent. She never has a bad word to say. And on top of that her rolls are to die for. She needS a raise for sure.

Noone told me it was closed and waited 5 mins for someone to address me. Can't wait to drive home and heat them.
Would not recommend. Employee older white lady dark brown hair is not wearing a mask and breathing on people's food at Cinnabon!! On 12-28-20 around 11:00AM. Refused to remake it. Wearing your mask appropriately means mask covering your nose and your mouth. Considering, I just lost a family member from COVID and a pre-nursing you need to follow CDC guidelines if you're going to be serving food. Period !! And don't heat up someone's food unless they ask you too. Don't add what you want you're not the one paying for it !! Smh!!

This location is inside the pilot gas station. Google stated it was open until 6pm, when we arrived just before 5pm it was already closed. A pilot employee said it usually closes around noon.The pilot gas station itself also only gets 2 stars!
