Incompetent management. Hires too many people to be able to give them the hours they signed up for. Food always comes out in poor quality due to management being incompetent. And the saddest part of all, who's so incompetent that they can't even run a burger flipping store?

They had my burger, two orders of fries, two milkshakes, a corn dog & a chicken quesadilla ready in less than a minute. NEED A FRANCHISE IN TEXAS ASAP. PLACE IS AWESOME. OH YEAH, AND SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE. Have never received such fast service on anything, also my 1st review ever made on any business, but was so impressed I had to. THANK YOU COOK OUT WAS DELICIOUS
The food was ok. I was disappointed. The chicken ranch wrap was decent but the burger was terrible. I couldn’t even eat a second bite of it. The employee who took our order was super nice though
