All the food was cold, pancakes, eggs, hash browns on both plates of food. Coffee was terrible. Service was good we ordered over easy eggs and got scrambled. Waitress was nice and gave us the right eggs after we questioned it. I have always loved eating here but this was the worst experience ever in Lebanon Cracker Barrel.
I LOVE the Cracker Barrel in Lebanon, TN, because they still have the old decor and brown paint, including the old logo sign with the old guy sitting next to the barrel. I hate the new changes in other CB. Service and atmosphere is great. Their meatloaf use to be very good but lately it’s bad. I think they started using lower grade ground beef which has bits of gristle.
Ordered carryout and noticed items missing. When we notified the people at the front we were questioned repeatedly about did we take it out of the bag? It was 2 $3.00 sides and they made us feel as if we lied. When we got home they only had given us one which was half full. Very Disappointing. Called customer service and they did take care of us.
