😀We often stop there on Saturday mornings for breakfast and a little shopping before we start our day. We had Lia this past Saturday ( yesterday) and she was absolutely fabulous. So much so that my son's god daughter left her a note how good she was. I had breakfast and my little friend had a dinner salad with grilled chicken both meals were great. Thank you Lia and Cracker Barrel.

Our waitress did not bring my stepson the correct food and tried to say what we asked for is not something they have. We showed her it in the menu and she still proceeded to give him the wrong food.

We (3 of us) stopped in here at exit #238 off I-40 in Lebanon, TN, for a late lunch on the way to an evening event in Nashville. We allotted 90 minutes for the meal. After getting our coffees and placing our orders for standard breakfast items on the menu, we waited well over an hour for our food, which never actually arrived. The waitress claimed the kitchen was short-staffed, but *after us* five tables were seated, ordered, served, consumed, paid for their food, and left. We complained multiple times, but it seems that the maitre'd was not empowered to fix problems. Finally, having run out of time, we put $10 cash on the table for the waitress, and left.

Found out that Lebanon, Tennessee, is the original Cracker Barrel. There was no wait, and we were seated in an empty dining room. Our order was taken. Then for an hour multiple parties were seated, orders taken, meals finished, people left, new parties came in. We had cold coffee and 3 stale biscuits. Finally we left without our meals. The manager was no where. I remember the biscuits being much better in the past.

This Cracker Barrel is not the best, it didn’t look to be the cleanest. Our server seemed annoyed , food took a long time and one of our party didn’t get their meal for quite a bit when our table was served. The food was under cooked and barely warm. Food was also bland. The Store looked clean and the staff in that portion were friendly and helpful .

It’s sad that the 2nd store of Cracker Barrel is struggling. We waited for our food for about an hour. Biscuits are dry and small. Food was just ok. Smelled like they needed a fresh cleaning cloth. Had to ask for things multiple times. Just sad. I miss the influence of the Evans family in the business.

This place has prompt service. When you ask for something extra they get it, right then. They dont wander around helping other customers and then forget... Thank you.. Lady's and gentlemen for your hard work and wonderful service.. my husband and I will continue to come back here.

We stopped at the Lebanon CB around 1:30 in the afternoon for a light lunch. Decided to have breakfast instead. It was great. I love Cracker Barrel and look for them when traveling. Food is always cooked to order and just right. I really like the variety - there's something for everyone. Service is great. Stores and bathroom are clean and shopping is a bonus. Parking is usually level and lighting is good if you are there at night. Friendly personnel.

This Cracker Barrel is a breakfast paradise and waitress Nicole made it even better. The breakfast was fantastic and service was awesome. Didn’t even need to look at the menu because Nicole knew it so well and brought us exactly what we wanted.

We had heard that you can usually park your RV overnight at Cracker Barrels, but have never done so. We were pleasantly surprised to find parking for RVs and other campers parked there as well. It was a very comfortable and safe experience. We got breakfast there in the morning and everything was fresh and delicious. Thanks again for the great experience!

My husband and I were traveling and decided to stop in Lebanon, Tn to spend the night. We ate supper at Cracker Barrel which was by our motel. It is always good. My husband had the chicken fried chicken and I had the shrimp. Both were yummy. Enjoyed looking through their gift shop. So many cute things! Madison was our waiter and she was awesome! Very friendly and fun.

From entering the restaurant until leaving I felt like a valued customer due to exception attention to detail in terms of customer. Our waitress Alex, did an amazing job anticipating our needs and exceeding them. It truly felt like she cared about each customer she served. I ordered the trout and my wife had the chicken fried chicken and both were very tasty and well prepared.
