Worst service I’ve ever had the male at the drive thru was rude , unprofessional, customer service is not his thing my blizzard was made wrong had some crunchy things in it and was only mixed on the first 3 inches . The worst thing is he didn’t turn the blizzards upside down

They have some of the best milkshakes for me personally. Usually I eat lunch here twice a week. Drive Thru is fast and friendly every time. It's always the same young ladies, sweet and very polite. Chocolate milkshake, 3 pc. chicken w/fries, white gravy and Texas toast. I Always order the same. So drive thru service is wonderful, not been inside to dine in. Great place to eat with friendly service for sure between 10:45 am to 11:30 am. That's my usual time frame

What's not to love about great ice cream on a hot and humid day in Tennessee!!! We just moved to Lebanon, Tennessee and after working in our new home all day a cold treat was just right! Great staff, friendly and helpful.
Came in at 745pm and they were closed....shows open till 10pm

I love my ice cream. And I get why the machine is down so much. When they sell so much I've cream and they have to change the cream out, and they are under new management so there is new employees also. But they are open Tell 10 now. So it's getting better and better every day.

Tonight there were two employees and both were at lunch at the same time, line through the door of people wanting something, think someone could come back to help no! Because nobody today wants to work! Sorry place. Don't bother going here, it's a waste of time.
