My daughter and I stayed in the area overnight and stopped at this Dunkin for some iced coffee. The line moved quick, our coffees were correct and tasty, and the employee who waited on us was friendly.

My order was complete wrong and I was over charged. If that wasn’t bad enough the men’s restrooms did not have running water and the store it self was nasty. I tried to call customer service but after waiting 15 minutes on hold I gave up. If I could give them zero stars I would. I will never return to this location.

This is genuinely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. The amount of times I have had to forgo my order and ask corporate for a refund because the staff doesn’t understand timing of mobile orders is insane. I placed my mobile order at 8:30am this morning, to be ready at 9:00am, as a walk in mobile order. When I got there, all the doors to get in the building were locked, and the only option was the drive thru, however the line was so long I would not have had time to wait. There is no reason that if I order something 30 minutes in advance, it wouldn’t be ready when I get there. There has also been multiple times where I will place a mobile order in advance and they don’t even start working on it until I arrive. The quality of service is truly so poor, I don’t know how they have a higher rating than 1 star.

My wife and I stopped in a little later in the evening and Dunkin Donuts LITERALLY didn't have any donuts. They were also out of a couple of other items but seriously, out of doughnuts?!
The ladies working the night shift were fun.
