This is genuinely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. The amount of times I have had to forgo my order and ask corporate for a refund because the staff doesn’t understand timing of mobile orders is insane. I placed my mobile order at 8:30am this morning, to be ready at 9:00am, as a walk in mobile order. When I got there, all the doors to get in the building were locked, and the only option was the drive thru, however the line was so long I would not have had time to wait. There is no reason that if I order something 30 minutes in advance, it wouldn’t be ready when I get there. There has also been multiple times where I will place a mobile order in advance and they don’t even start working on it until I arrive. The quality of service is truly so poor, I don’t know how they have a higher rating than 1 star.

My wife and I stopped in a little later in the evening and Dunkin Donuts LITERALLY didn't have any donuts. They were also out of a couple of other items but seriously, out of doughnuts?! The ladies working the night shift were fun.

Ordered 1 iced latte and it took longer than it took to make our 2 hot sandwiches. The staff was talking to each other and joking around. If staff would do their jobs and save the jokes and play for after hours or when there isnt a long line of car wrapping the building that would change my 2 star to a 5 star.

The service here is good. The ladies that work here are nice. The food can sometimes be lackluster, though. Today was the third or so time in a row that I've ordered the avocado toast with bacon, and they completely skimp on the bacon. For comparison, I've gone to the location of W Main, and they do a much better job with the food. The two pictures are from the two locations for comparison.
Extremely slow; like sometimes 20-30 minute wait. They’re either short staffed or they don’t know what they’re doing sadly. Half the time order is wrong also. They need to send some workers from west main to help them get things going!

I keep giving Dunkin one more chance and every time it lets me down. Took over 30 minutes to get my mobile order. Hash browns were cold and soggy. Donuts were like day-olds. Coffee was weak. 1 trash can in the dining room and NONE outside.

I've never experienced a coffee shop this slow. I was delivering Uber and picking up a single sandwich on a Sunday morning around 8am and it took a long time for them to even talk to me. When I told them I was picking up, they made me wait another 10 minutes for one item as the guy slowly made food for every customer in the lobby and drive-thru. It wasn't busy at all. The dude making the food is just that slow.
I'd suggest going to the Starbucks nearby but that one has issues too. I don't know, make your coffee at home. It'll be faster.

i went to dunkin and i always get my regular large caramel iced latte with oatmilk and a extra shot of espresso, today they gave me a large cup of just oatmilk. no coffee. as the liquid was very white and not a usual caramel/brown color. when i went back and asked to have my drink remade because there’s no coffee taste, she told me “no, there’s coffee in it” they took it back and i watched them add a shot of espresso to the same cup i handed them and they gave it back to me and said “here you go”. wtf?. i’m very loyal to this dunkin and to be brushed off like that was upsetting. i will attach a pic of just my cup of oatmilk cause it’s obvious there’s little to no coffee in it!
