The service here is good. The ladies that work here are nice. The food can sometimes be lackluster, though. Today was the third or so time in a row that I've ordered the avocado toast with bacon, and they completely skimp on the bacon. For comparison, I've gone to the location of W Main, and they do a much better job with the food. The two pictures are from the two locations for comparison.

Extremely slow; like sometimes 20-30 minute wait. They’re either short staffed or they don’t know what they’re doing sadly. Half the time order is wrong also. They need to send some workers from west main to help them get things going!

I keep giving Dunkin one more chance and every time it lets me down. Took over 30 minutes to get my mobile order. Hash browns were cold and soggy. Donuts were like day-olds. Coffee was weak. 1 trash can in the dining room and NONE outside.

I've never experienced a coffee shop this slow. I was delivering Uber and picking up a single sandwich on a Sunday morning around 8am and it took a long time for them to even talk to me. When I told them I was picking up, they made me wait another 10 minutes for one item as the guy slowly made food for every customer in the lobby and drive-thru. It wasn't busy at all. The dude making the food is just that slow.
I'd suggest going to the Starbucks nearby but that one has issues too. I don't know, make your coffee at home. It'll be faster.

i went to dunkin and i always get my regular large caramel iced latte with oatmilk and a extra shot of espresso, today they gave me a large cup of just oatmilk. no coffee. as the liquid was very white and not a usual caramel/brown color. when i went back and asked to have my drink remade because there’s no coffee taste, she told me “no, there’s coffee in it” they took it back and i watched them add a shot of espresso to the same cup i handed them and they gave it back to me and said “here you go”. wtf?. i’m very loyal to this dunkin and to be brushed off like that was upsetting. i will attach a pic of just my cup of oatmilk cause it’s obvious there’s little to no coffee in it!

A long queue at the drive-thru this morning and we parked the Sprinter* to go inside. That ended up being quicker as the car we would have been behind hasn't even placed their order when we departed.
Clean and tidy dining room with all tables clear. There are some power outlets about and I believe they have a wifi. If you're looking for cheaper coffee than the green siren people and wanting to sit for a while, this would work.
Hot coffee, bagel with egg and cheese, donut. Super easy and handed to me by three different people this morning as everyone has their jobs. Interesting to watch the ballet of running the drivethrough which is visible from the dining room.
In the car, we enjoyed the coffee and the donut (Boston Kreme). My egg and cheese was nicely filled but the bagel definitely needed another run through the toaster.
*It's 10'0" so it wouldn't have fit through the drive-through anyway.
Vegetarian options: For vegans, I'm not sure how much dairy goes into the baked goods. For vegetarians, donuts are good!
Dietary restrictions: Ask about allergens. They definitely have peanuts here.
Parking: Easy parking for the Sprinter van.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love Munchkins.

I order DD several times a week via Doordash and every time it comes from the Cumberland St location, you can guarantee, it will be wrong. I always order a hot macchiato and they still send an iced with the ticket and sticker showing hot. The phone number listed here for them has been disconnected for weeks, if not longer. I do not recommend this location in the slightest. I'm not sure if it's careless workers, bad management, or people not caring about the name they have complete destroyed. Do yourself and a favor and go the WEST MAIN ST DD!
Did a Mobil order about 10 minutes before I got there. I ordered 1 cold drink 1 hot drink and 6 donuts. They didn’t give me the right donuts but made up for it by giving us the right ones but the donuts were old and stale. Maybe that our fault for getting donuts at 4:30 in the evening. The 2 drinks were definitely made weird. The tasted odd.

I’ve never left a review before, but this place warrants it. This is quite literally the slowest Dunkin’ I’ve ever been two. Multiple times now they’ve taken forever to even get people through the line (currently, there are only three cars in front of us and it took at least 20 minutes for us to move up one spot in line). They really need to get it together.
*Update - it’s now been 40 minutes and we’re still sitting here. Just staying in line to see how long this actually takes.

Worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. I ordered through the drive thru and the lady taking my order got it all wrong. Had to tell her at the window and she still got it wrong. Ordered 4 iced caramel frappes and got iced cappuccinos with no caramel and most of the drink was ice. $20 for nothing.. Will make the drive across town to Cumberland Street from now on. Not cool Dunkin..
