Food was actually decent when it came out. Ordered when no other customers were in store and it took about 20 minutes to get even the first part of the order. We sat in and realized one of the hashbrowns was missing. Brought it to the attention of staff and the man behind the counter wanted to argue that he put both in the bag. We also had to go back and remind them we had two donuts on the order that we didn’t receive.

really nice workers, there’s a man there who i swear lives at this location, he’s always there and always so kind while clearly overworked. this is also one of the few dunkin locations where the coffee is actually good. thank you!

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The service is terrible, and they can’t seem to make it through the day without running out of food. This location really needs better management—or it shouldn’t be open at all.

Went here Sunday morning coffee taste bad so I went in and told him it taste like soap he fixed it again still bad don’t think he knows the formula retrain.. the Hendersonville location new shackle the best by far

Every single time I go here they’re always out of stock of something! every time I order a Donut In the app when I get there they tell me they’re out of it. Countless times I order ahead and there’s nobody in the drive-through and nobody in the lobby and still takes them forever to make my order they could at least let me know in the window when I pull up that it’s going to be a minute instead of having me wait for 5 to 10 minutes before they even come to me

Show up after shortly after 5pm on 7/5 going through the drive through. The female employee was sitting outside talking to a man, not in the store. She was fumbling for the headset and got an attitude with us when she couldn’t hear us. She then told us she would be out of certain flavors for a month. I drove to the next location because I refused to deal with that nonsense. Let’s improve the hiring process please.

In addition to outrageously slow service relative to other dunkin locations, this location has started charging $1 for a small cup of water even when other items are being ordered with it.

Went through drive through to order a sandwich. Took 10 mins to speak to someone when I was at the speaker, and when told they didn’t have an ingredient for a $6 sandwich, I asked if they could take off the price of the ingredient then and was told if “I didn’t like it I don’t have to get it”. Just rude service in general. I asked the question politely and would’ve probably gotten it anyway if that wasn’t the response.
