In addition to outrageously slow service relative to other dunkin locations, this location has started charging $1 for a small cup of water even when other items are being ordered with it.
Went through drive through to order a sandwich. Took 10 mins to speak to someone when I was at the speaker, and when told they didn’t have an ingredient for a $6 sandwich, I asked if they could take off the price of the ingredient then and was told if “I didn’t like it I don’t have to get it”. Just rude service in general. I asked the question politely and would’ve probably gotten it anyway if that wasn’t the response.
This DD gives all DD a bad name. Each time I think I will give them another chance to see if there have been any improvements. Wrong!! Note, when this location first opened, y’all were doing good but now dont go unless you want to wait thirty min for a single coffee!!!
This review is based on the drive-thru. On multiple occasions at approximately 6:30am, it is common to wait 15-20 minutes to order. It’s coffee and donuts, not a multi-course meal. Go somewhere else!
Food fantastic and the coffee better than Starbucks and cheaper
I put in a mobile take out order about 5 minutes before arriving in store then when I arrived I waited another 20 minutes and in that time I got my food but no drink. However, two people walked into the store, placed their order with someone who looked to be a manager and got their drinks almost right away. After almost 25 minutes of waiting I had to leave without the rest of my order so wouldn’t be late to work.
Extremely rude workers.
I went here twice. If you go in the drive thru, expect an extremely long wait. Unbearably long.
I went at 4:00 pm and I was the only customer, still waited close to 10 minutes for a sandwich and medium coffee.

Stopped in on our way home to Georgia and this location was terrible. The donut case was almost empty, they were out of cold brew coffee and then after pouring the dragon fruit mixture, their green tea was out. The location was not busy as it was 3:35pm on a Sunday. Looked to be a fairly new facility and the staff was blaming the morning shift members for the outages on 3 items in one visit. Had to settle for a drink at McDonalds next door. Very unhappy. ?

What a shame to see what the place has become after so many years. Small selection and no acknowledgment from staff at all. At least say just a minute we will be with you.

I was not acknowledged by the employees and waited over five minutes while the both of the employees continued to work the drive-thru. A simple “I’ll be right with you” goes a long way.
Service was excellent very clean

Is it just me, or have Dunkin’s donuts gotten smaller? I waited forever at the drive through speaker, only to find that my donut was tiny.
It sure I’ll be doing that again any time soon. I’m telling you, I don’t know why I bother with chains, when local places are so much better.

Probably racists staff. Wouldn’t take my order while in the lobby. Guess they wanted me to wait on them. Never had this issue at

Google says they're open. Lights on inside says they're open. Noone answered the drive thru. After about 10 mins I pulled up to the window, nothing. Noone answered. I watched 4 other cars say screw it and left. Finally as I'm about to pull out, I notice 2 employees just hanging our in their cars. Now I see why yall have a 2.5 star rating
