This is the second time now where they don't have any donuts that we ordered online.They lack inventory control. They never seem to have enough donuts for the day which is very frustrating for a donut place.We ordered at noon.I don't understand how you can run out of your number one product in just a couple hours.

This placed swiped my credit card information. I’ve been going to this dunkin since it opened and I have never had any issues. Until a few weeks ago I went at a different time than I usually do a there was on older guy who was the manager and was the only one there who I hadn’t seen before. I handed over my card to pay and he was chatting to me the whole time so the transaction took longer than usual but I didn’t think anything of it until a few days later I got a fraud alert on that card. Luckily I caught it early and no long term harm was done. Just an annoying week of trying to get a new card. I took a look at my bank statement to see where this could have happened and this Dunkin is the only place I actually used that card. Every other transaction was either through Apple Pay, through a third party app or with a completely different card. So if you go here, please please please use cash or pay through the app so there’s no chance of your card information getting swiped here.

I’ve had experiences doordashing orders from this place and honestly they took the longest any coffee shop ever has but today I got take out I got 2 identical medium coffees 3 chocolate glazed donuts and avacado toast not too big of an order right? Took 5 minutes to get my donuts then took about 10 minutes to get the coffees because they were only prioritizing the drive through. Meanwhile the whole time 1 guy doordashing waiting over 20 min for them to finally tell him they were out of croissants. My coffees were not identical but at this point I was mad but just ready to go and let that go. After myself waiting 20 min for avacado toast I had to go up front for the second time asking for t and they had done cleared my order as done. They gave my toast about 2 minutes late but girl in the back who handled all the food I believe was mad we came back up front n asked, who then tossed the food on the counter and walked away. Never again will I go back.

We live Dunkin but this location is absolutely terrible... Its 100% management.. They run out of Bagels every week! Theyve ran out of doughnuts which is in there name lol.. They even ran out of Cream! What kind of coffee place runs out of Cream? They need to get there Par orders accurate. The Drive through is a 30 min committment! Dunkin fix this

I ordered a grilled cheese and hash browns. Simple right? The grilled cheese was not toasted and the hash browns were burnt. I asked for a manager and both girls working said there is not one. I asked for a refund and the said “we are 16, we can’t do that.” I live off 109 and use to go there once if not twice a week. I will no longer go back to that location.Ps the manager called me three times from a block number, I don’t answer blocked calls. Then she called me from her phone and proceed to tell me that I was wrong and they made it fine (she watched from a camera) and to not come back in the morning (I told the girls I would come back when a manager is in). Worst experience I have ever been through with any fast food establishment.

Honestly I’ve had interesting experiences while going here. First time was terrible you could tell they were all new and had no idea what they were doing. Second time was slightly better, but not much. I’ll probably give them a few more tries and see if they improve and will change my review accordingly in the future.

Clean store, unfriendly staff, and the espresso almost always tastes burnt/stale. It’s my least favorite dunkin in the area.

Do not waste your money. Food and coffee both is horrible. Emma in the drive thru specifically needs to find a new attitude and a new job. It’s literally Dunkin, do better.

How you don’t have donuts 8am in the morning , about 3 times I go over there early in the morning and they ran out of chocolate donuts sad ? and they just opened also the drinks are made horrible. Thanks and good

First off I LOVE Dunkin. Always have. I live tried this Dunkin 3 times. Hot coffee I always very extra large hot caramel coffee, 4 Splenda, 5 cream. First time I get down the road, no caramel, second time I wait in line 15 minutes and told they are out of most of their syrups so I drove off. Tried again today and again…no caramel in my coffee. Guess if I go again I’ll wait at the window until it cools down enough for me to taste it. Very disappointed

Do yourself a favor and do not get coffee here. Out of absolutely everything always. Absolutely horrible management. Girls rolling their eyes at customers and the manager says nothing. There was a woman in a business suit that was so rude to her customers and her crew definitely followed suit with her. MAJOR disappointment.

Never ever expect a croissant from this place. The 4/5 times we’ve been here they’re “out”. The first time we came it took 40 minutes to get 2 drinks and a couple sandwiches, the staff was incredibly overwhelmed but the manager was sweet and apologetic. Several times, I swear our bagel/ biscuit just came straight out of the freezer and handed to us. Franchise owner needs to step up here and make some serious adjustments, because the location is great!

Absolutely a hot mess!! Asked for a simple 10 powered and jelly munchkins, and received all glazed. I told them I had a free medium coffee on my app and when I asked if it went thru they said yes & unfortunately got charged. Given a small black coffee, and when I told them about the errors all they said was we don't have our vets on today
