First time ever eating here and I will say it's by far the best greens and Philly I've ever ate. 10 out of 10 recommend. I will be visiting when I'm back in Lebanon,TN.

went to Lebanon tn DQ on 8/5. Got to store at 8:53 pm. Dining room was closed even though closing time was 10 pm. Placed a mobile order at 8:55. Was greeted @ Drive thru with "we close in 4 minutes & can only take 2 more cars". Told them we placed a mobile order. At window they had no clue what our order was. After telling them 2x what we ordered & it was a mobile order, they handed us 2 melted blizzards, with lids on them, that were clearly not the kind that we ordered. When I questioned them & told them ours were not supposed to have cheesecake in them, the employee snapped back "what's wrong with 'em?" She then took them back, spoke to another worker & opened the window again stating "our machine is off. this is all we have."I emailed corporate that night. Got a response that this info was passed on to the Lebanon store, but haven't gotten ANY communication from anyone since!!! The customer service from store & corporate have been HORRIBLE!

I stopped at Grill Queen Soul Food restaurant her food was delicious,,,I will be a regular when I'm near Nashville Tn. The food is amazing 😋

We went in twice last week it was closed due to the servers down but they had the doors open today and were pretty rude about how they told us. We went in today a bit past 4:30 pm today July the 4th and told the lady what we wanted and she went on a big rant and said her manager didn't show up and she is going home at 5 blah blah so I can order but I have to get out at 5 (her exact words get out !) Because she is closing the door and leaving. I don't want to be rushed through my meal so I just left , To be honest as angry as the girl was when all I did was order (angry at the boss I assume taking it out on us) I wouldn't want her fixing me anything anyway. I can't believe they keep people there that are so rude to customers.

First I will say that the employees were very polite and friendly, but the wait was terrible. The last few times I've been there the wait has been excessive. I always use the drive through and several times I've left before ordering. Tonight I had nowhere to be so I decided to see how long it would take. 37 minutes! While I waited I saw several people leave the drive through line and many people walk inside just to walk out without ordering. If you're craving DQ just make sure you have plenty of time.

My wife and I have been trying to get ice cream from here for over 2 months. First they ran out of ice cream for weeks, and now they've closed almost 2 hours early the last three times we've gone (with workers just standing around inside I might add). At this point it's just a waste of building space. Warren buffet would be ashamed.
Me and my girlfriend just went up there the lady was so nice she wasn’t even open yet and still cooked our food. The food is delicious and so good will definitely be back up there

Best food around! Hot and fresh food prepared with love. Staff is very friendly and kind. Makes sure you are pleased. Can't wait for Super Soul Sunday dinner. Give the Grill Queen a try I promise you will be satisfied.
