Absolutely the worst! Its a shame I've been there 2 or 3x a week for the last couple years since I work in that area. Today, the store Cumberland location was gracious enough to fix a mistake that wasnt theirs to fix. Because west main acted like fixing it was coming out of their pocket. Even though, they didnt know the difference in 2 distinctly different biscuits. And then argued with me on whether I went to their location to begin with!

Terrible experience.To have a manager lie over the phone because she dont want to remake a order she said she made and messed up is wild.They told me they was out of breakfast items so they cant remake my food 15 minutes till breakfast was over so they are no longer serving breakfast so i placed a online order under another name and they fufilled the order after telling me they had no biscuits very unprofessional and pathetic i know their employees are tired of her!!!Way to represent hardees

Is typical fast food joint. But the people that work at this Hardee's.. Is are great and very friendly.
Order was incorrect, qhuch anyone can make a mistake, but the staff was arrogant and rude. Food just wasn't what we normally get at our local Hardee's. Disappointment.

Went into the store around 7:55am to get biscuits for my daughters party was told one price over the phone by a night manager go into the store this morning was told another price the manger Renee chimes in from the line she doesn’t get a discount nobody gets that discount I’m confused because I’m just here to get what I ordered she goes back & forth while the line is full of people and proceeds to say I’ll give “HER” 10% that’s it first off I didn’t ask for anything but why not come speak to me instead of screaming from the line about how whoever told me that was gonna get fired or whatever while the line is out the door like that doesn’t matter then you tell me to get out of your store and don’t come back after I paid my 35 dollars for 18 biscuits I call the store and she argues back & forth over the phone with me about how her manager “BRIAN” knows all about what happened today and that he’s expecting my call lol just wow! Never had this type of experience here but I’ll definitely go somewhere else next time! Renee may need a course on how conflict resolution/ customer satisfaction!
