I ordered the #5 with no tomato & add bacon. Curly fries. They asked me to pull into the wait parking space & someone will bring out the food, and I had zero issues with that. They were frying up a new batch of curly fries, and it would be 5 minutes. I’m like ‘Heck Yeah, fresh fries!”. 20 minutes later I walked into the restaurant, and my order was sitting on the counter… lukewarm. And this is what I paid for. Medium looks like a small, and this burger is disgusting looking & tastes disgusting. Clean restaurant, though.

Wonderful manager! I had an issue at another location and called their location simply for a phone number and she, without hesitation, fixed the problem I had with the other location. Definitely will start driving across town to go to south cumberland.
