I work night shift and get off at 430am and get there around 445 to 5 am and biscuits are not ready half the time. Frustrating when you worked all night and are hungry.

The food was ok. Made incorrectly by adding things to our burgers when asked for plain. Drive through worker was very rude. The rest of our food was cold due to waiting on items to be remade
Slow customer service stood in line for 5 mins just for a gravy and still did not get it as 3 people walked by the counter and none offered to stop and ask me what I needed

Her warm smile and attention to detail truly set this visit apart from others. It’s rare to encounter someone who genuinely seems to care about the customers like she does.
If the food hadn’t already been great, her attitude would’ve made the whole trip worthwhile. Hardee’s is lucky to have her on the team. Can’t wait to visit again—she’s definitely a star employee!
