I ordered the #5 with no tomato & add bacon. Curly fries. They asked me to pull into the wait parking space & someone will bring out the food, and I had zero issues with that. They were frying up a new batch of curly fries, and it would be 5 minutes. I’m like ‘Heck Yeah, fresh fries!”. 20 minutes later I walked into the restaurant, and my order was sitting on the counter… lukewarm. And this is what I paid for. Medium looks like a small, and this burger is disgusting...
I had a mobile order, there was an item missed, I called the location and as soon as I picked up Joanna knew the mistake and more than right with additional items and fast service, Thank you Joanna and thanks to Lebanon Hardees.
Best experience I’ve had in a while. The food was great nice clean restaurant, Miss dean made the experience worth it, she was super friendly and very helpful. Would definitely come back just for her again.
