Authentic Caribbean food. Can’t go wrong with any of it but the jerk chicken is excellent and the plantains are the best I’ve ever had and I’m from south Florida where this kind of food is everywhere.

I can’t find one negative thing to say about this place. Great atmosphere, reasonable pricing. The food is great and authentic to the islands. Raised in south Florida and growing up on Caribbean style food, this is as close as it gets. I’m always welcomed in and made to feel at home. The owner is super sweet! Highly recommend Island Breeze Bistro!

The food is the best in Lebanon, hands down. But you never know when the food will actually be available to order. I order online because it’s easier for my morning commute especially with how long the wait usually is. If I order on the app I can stop there on the way to work and be on my way. However you never know if the item will be available to order. And if it is available to order they don’t have the item available to prepare and they just substitute and sometimes they substitute with something you wouldn’t have even wanted. I’m not talking about the daily menu changes, I understand the menu changes for certain items every day, but it doesn’t make sense for why you can order nachos at 9 am but you can’t order a breakfast item because there are NO breakfast items available on the app. This has happened before and I’ve had to stop there on my way to work and it was no issue to order in person but for some reason on the app the breakfast was gone altogether. It’s just so strange and maybe they don’t even know how to set up the app. But hopefully then figure it out cause it’s so inconsistent. Plus the owner makes nasty comments about you if you order a lunch item before 10 AM but they leave things like that available to order all day, but the breakfast and drinks change all the time on the app and you never know when something will be available. You can’t even order ANY fruit teas right now on the app. Not one single flavor because they’re all removed from the app. Obviously the app does have a feature where you can take things down and put them back up so it doesn’t make sense why the breakfast is gone during breakfast and then the owner has an attitude if you order lunch even though it’s literally the only thing on the app. Maybe the daily menu changes are more than than it’s worth (I’m not sure why they’re even committed to this rotation in the first place) but it makes it too confusing and I’m at the point where I’m ready to stop supporting this business as a regular. Food is good but the service isn’t consistent.

Wow!!! We drove 2.5 hours to go eat here.....we'll worth the drive! Food reminds me of my Miami roots, so flavorful, tender & delicious. Chicken, red beans & rice, but I'm a veggie girl & the collard greens were my guilty pleasure!

Update: went back for lunch. Had the jerk chicken tacos and a side of plantains....AMAZING! I can't remember the drink name but it was a pina colada boba type. So yummy! You definitely have to give this place a try. The owner and staff is super sweet and helpful.

This place needs different coffee beans. The coffee is horrible. We paid approx. $15 for two drinks and threw both away after a few sips.
It's a shame because I liked the location, design and community support that was showcased in this cafe. I even considered trying their Caribbean food BUT that desire to explore the menu vanished with one sip.
It took about 10 to 15 minutes to get our coffees and the barista seemingly went to the bathroom in between making them too. Gross.
I'm leaving this review because there's a major difference between what we thought we'd get vs. what we received.
Idk where they get those beans from but y'all need to source those from somewhere else. I've been to the Caribbean... that ain't it.

Customer service at Island Breeze Bistro was excellent—hands down one of the highlights of my visit. The staff was welcoming and attentive, which made for a pleasant dining experience.
The oxtails were definitely the star of the show—tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. The sides were decent, but nothing really stood out to me. I also tried the boba and mango tea, which were refreshing, but at $14 for two, they felt overpriced—especially on top of the already pricey meal.
As a first-time visitor, I’d say the food wasn’t bad at all, but the overall cost was a bit steep for what I received. Worth a try if you’re craving Jamaican cuisine, but be prepared to spend a little more than expected.
