I really love this place. I've ordered here weekly for around 1.7 years. The food is phenomenal! My only complaint... They take a really long time to get the food ready. The 15 minutes the app gives you is a joke. But it's worth it!!!

This is the best one around!! I will pass 3 to come here. The staff is hands down the best and makes the company. The cleanest and go out of there way to make a great product. Great job team you all deserve a big raise and to train your other stores staff.

I’ve never eaten here before and didn’t really have a good first experience. Compared to other places I thought what I paid for would be larger in quantity. The food was good but not really worth almost $14 for a half of a sandwich and a cookie. Not to mention spending that much only earns 6 points towards your rewards. You have to have 72 to get a free sandwich, which equated to about $144 spent in store to get something free. It wasn’t worth that price point.

Been a regular customer for many years at many stores. If you like Jersey Mikes food, skip this place. The servings have been reduced to the point where the best part of the meal is the bread. Either new owners or new management, because things have deteriorated recently and rapidly. They want to you to believe they are giving you the same amount of meat and cheese, but keep an eye on the slicer settings. The slices are paper thin! Complained previous time about the runny, bottom of the barrel chick salad and hoped it was a fluke. Gave them another chance today and my turkey sandwich should have been an embarrassment to them. I will be driving the extra miles to go to another Jersey mikes next time. Not going back and suggest readers of this review avoid this storeThe shop close to my work on Eastgate is still awesome.

Would do a zero if I could this place is VERY racist. Don’t spend your black or Hispanic dollars here! They made my sandwich wrong and got mad because I used points and said it was free so just take the sandwich or leave lol also said YOU people are used to free. Her name was Jenn or Jes I can’t remember. I even reached out to corporate but guess what? It’s a franchise location and the owner decided not to reach out about my experience. Don’t go here! Not to mention I was being overly nice even the other customers was looking at her like she was crazy and one customer apologized for her lol. Won’t be going to any jersey mikes after this incident. Which is unfortunate because i would get food catered to my job with orders reaching over $100 often but oh well lol just wanted to share my experience 😉

Jersey Mike's is mine & my hubby's favorite place to eat! We travel all over and we've had our share of good, great, and very little bad Jersey Mike's but this one is the worst we've had! I always get the #17 & my husband gets the #56. They're always flowing with meat and these had very little meat. Tasted like eating a pepper & onion sandwich. Disappointed for sure since it's our favorite 😒
