This is absolutely by far,the best Jersey Mike's I have ever ate at! The staff was awesome! They were so friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh and made to order. I highly recommend this location!

I’m I went in to get a sandwich and the manager was so rude that it’s unbelievable. I confronted her about her attitude and it just got worse. I told her I was going to call corporate and report her and she said good , when you do let me know I have called corporate and I will also be writing a formal complaint to corporate. I will never go back to that store again. Your video did not show her attitude, her rolling her eyes. She did not try to tell me about a # 2 until I was paying. She told me they did not have a sub for that rolled her eyes and acted like she could not make it. The only time I interrupted her was to tell her she need to change her attitude. I told her I would be calling corporate and she said good let me know when you do. It’s a shame your video doesn’t have audio and didn’t truly show her awful attitude. She was the same to the other two customers before me, I was just the one to speak up

I’ve been to several other Jersey Mike’s around Nashville and never had any issues, but every time I go into this store to get a sandwich, they’re out of bread. This has happened two times in a row now.

What a GREAT place! I just discovered they carry gluten-free bread. I can’t have gluten and the only dairy I can have is a tiny amount of cheese. Because they have the big slicer there, they were able to slice me 2 thin shavings of provolone—the first time I’ve had cheese on a sandwich in 10+ years. My sandwich was incredible! And when you’re not used to cheese, those thin shavings pack a powerful punch of flavor.
And…..I accidentally left my purse there. It was 45 minutes later when I realized. They were so kind. They had found my name already and were looking up how to reach me by the time I called. They put it in a locked box and kept it there until I picked it up. They were so kind.

My husband stopped after work to get us subs for dinner and lunch tomorrow. . He asked for my sandwich to be made Mike's way. No onions, light on the oil & vinegar. I opened my sandwich, and it was nothing but mush from all the vinegar that was put on it. I tried salvaging the bottom portion of the sandwich, but it was dripping in vinegar, and that's all the whole sandwich tasted like! Worst sandwich ever! Your employees need to be told not to pour half the bottle of vinegar on people's sandwiches, turning them into pure mush! No one wants a sandwich like that!Thanks for ruining my dinner and lunch for tomorrow, not to mention a waste of money for a mushy foot long sub!
