The Jets in Lebanon has a great crew and the pizza was delicious and made just right. I have to say one of the best experiences I have had in Lebanon. If you want to try something different their BLT is amazing!

I noticed and asked the restaurant manager to manage! while putting on pizza gloves are required or not? I request him to explain to me better: why is the employee not having gloves on? If employees are sick or not washing their hands, what will be the impact on food delivery service? . He told me yes, it's not required to put gloves on while they are toping.

paid $39.45 for a pizza but when i got home they made it too salty too bad i couldnt eat it and had to throw it away. waste of money

The pizza looks great on TV . But the sauce is lacking something... very bland pizza. Need to spice it up !! Give it some flavor!! Customer service was excellent . I gave the pizza a 4 star . The rest is for the employees who did their best.

Go somewhere else. Was so excited to get a Jets pizza in our area but was quickly disappointed. The Jets app is worthless, the pizza is way overpriced and not good. I was told a higher price at the counter than what was on my receipt, and their customer service is non existent. Don't bother. A waste of money.

Their app is terrible, I know I picked delivery and then found out it was picked up. Waited 39min and they said ir was pick up. Then delivery was another 25min...Thier pizza is 2 expensive and not worth the time!

The pizza was dry and the toppings were in clumps. The delivery driver did not heed our instructions that the numbers were on the mailbox and that GPS would not be accurate. The wings were flavorful but not meaty.
This was my first time eating Jets. I am visiting from Florida and it has been a while since I've had pizza this fresh and delicious.

Guy took order on phone got it wrong and trying the auto phone thing last time was worse.handicaped needed A CHAIR to sit n and wait my turn in lobby was busy Friday evening I can't stand that long almost had to just leave CHAIR would have solved the problem!!!

Absolutely the best Jet’s we’ve ever had. Best Detroit Style anywhere for sure! We had 1/2 cheese, 1/2 sausage, asked for well done. Perfection! Saturday night, open less than a week & they nailed it. Ready when they said it would be too! Great job Team Jet’s Lebanon!
