Ron, which I understand to be the manager, was INCREDIBLY rude to me through the drive through today, Ive never been treated like this. He rushed me through the drive thru and when their payment system was failing, he got mad and blamed me. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Second time and still can’t get it strait and not freaky fast but super slow, this time run card and we wait…. Then we out of lettuce to make unwich after setting there, oh but wait let’s refund your money on 3-5 days and then charge you again for the other sandwiches… get yourself together that’s not happening, you want me to spend 75 and wait for you to refund 50 on your mistake, worst service!!!

Food just isn’t good. Got a sandwich about 6pm Friday. There was one person in front of me. Ordered through the app, sit in drive through for about 10-15 minutes with only one car in front of me. Finally got to window, no unsweetened tea. Got my sandwiches, and drove home. I should’ve checked them because got home to realize, they weren’t toasted and cut in half. Normally I wouldn’t complain but this happens every single time I go. Something is always wrong. Also the sandwich made me sick to my stomach.

This place is a joke. The employees have no clue what’s on the menu. I order the same thing every time and get a different sandwhich that’s incorrect almost every time. Good luck getting them to put your bacon, cheese or the meat for the sandwhich on there….and even if there isn’t onions or mayo on the menu, they will just add it to your sandwhich anyway. Order chips? Too bad, you’re not getting them, but they will charge you. Obviously expectations are low for sandwhich shop employees, but this crew is almost impressively bad at their jobs. Last time I’m wasting money here.

I ordered 2 sandwhiches for delivery, my tuna sandwich was tunaless. I called to let the store know and the “manager” told me I was lying and that she made the sandwich herself and she remembers making it and was totally RUDE to me, I asked for the managers name that I had spoke with and the girl said “uhhhh” and hung up on me. I’d recommend to go elsewhere.

This location doesn’t staff many individuals so it is challenging to have lunch here since it may take too long to comfortably enjoy a lunch period. The meals I have gotten here have tasted good and the limited staff still does a lot to provide good customer service!
