Worst KfC location I’ve been to. Waited in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes after our order was taken and the line never moved. Had to park and go inside and continued to wait for an extra 10 minutes. Employees were rude and kept going outside for a smoke break not communicating who was taking over responsibility for the drive thru and/or the register.

I hate to even leave a one star honestly. When I came in to get my order they told me it had been stolen and that the company shouldn't have them put them their and that they would remake it. So after 30 minutes I'm still waiting horrible service horrible experience management really should train their employees better and I agree clean the store more and learn how to talk to customers I did not feel comfortable with coming back here

Waiting five minutes to even be heard at the speaker and then another ten to get food was not great. Watching employees eating while working as I waited was also not great. Getting lukewarm food at the end was not enjoyable.

I was surprised at the cleanliness and openness of the lobby when I first walked in. When I ordered however, I put an order in for a number 3 and received a 3 piece dark. Looking at the receipt, I saw that I wasn't charged for the Number 3 and settled for what I got. The chicken was breaded well but dryer than average KFC and even the tea was a little tangy. The best part of the dinner was the Mac and Cheese and honestly, Looking right next door made me wish I went to Chic-Fil-A.

It takes 45 minutes to get chicken at this store. This is way to long. As chicken only cooks for 12-15 minutes.

Overheard employees talking about how they reuse unwashed baking sheets and that they don't replace the liner on them in between uses. Most tables I passed to find seating were unwiped with spots of dried liquids and crumbs. Not only that, but my chicken was stale like it had been made a while ago and was just reheated to serve and it took them 25+ minutes to prepare my singular meal. Absolutely disgusting, I will not be eating here again and I recommend you take your business somewhere that cares about sanitation and serves FRESH food.

Went thru the Drive thru tue service was great and friendly but the chicken did not look done and it was chewy the only thing eatable was the mash potatoes and gravy.we were super disappointed.

You know with the prices of everything on the rise recently, if I come in and pay 32 dollars and some change for an 8 piece family meal to take home to my family, I expect to get everything I order. But no that was not the case. Went in after work today and ordered the 8 piece family meal with double French fries and when I got home we only received 6 pieces of chicken and the fry containers were only 2 thirds full. Couldn't even feed my whole family of 4. So I let them eat and made myself a sandwich. Very disappointed as a long time KFC customer!
