Overheard employees talking about how they reuse unwashed baking sheets and that they don't replace the liner on them in between uses. Most tables I passed to find seating were unwiped with spots of dried liquids and crumbs. Not only that, but my chicken was stale like it had been made a while ago and was just reheated to serve and it took them 25+ minutes to prepare my singular meal. Absolutely disgusting, I will not be eating here again and I recommend you take your business somewhere that cares about sanitation and serves FRESH food.

Went thru the Drive thru tue service was great and friendly but the chicken did not look done and it was chewy the only thing eatable was the mash potatoes and gravy.we were super disappointed.

You know with the prices of everything on the rise recently, if I come in and pay 32 dollars and some change for an 8 piece family meal to take home to my family, I expect to get everything I order. But no that was not the case. Went in after work today and ordered the 8 piece family meal with double French fries and when I got home we only received 6 pieces of chicken and the fry containers were only 2 thirds full. Couldn't even feed my whole family of 4. So I let them eat and made myself a sandwich. Very disappointed as a long time KFC customer!

So I’ve been here a total of three times and so far not the best track record. The first time I was here I ordered a bucket of dark meet at wich point I was informed there would be about a thirty minuite wait. Having nothing but time we agreed to wait and sit in the car for roughly an hour I watch as the staff sits outside laughing smoking and joking around ive worked in customer service a long time I understand down time. I watched as the woman that helped us at the window get in her car and leave. I walk inside to ask how much longer we have on the wait, at this point I’m informed the food was never dropped to be cooked I received an apology a refund and a few free cakes. Second go no issue! This time I’m ordering the usual they ask if we would like crispy because they do not have original ready and can’t order we then ask for the wait time because we ordered it several times. At wich point someone comes over the speaker practically screaming at my wife saying we didn’t say you couldn’t order it but we ain’t got it ready so we you will have to wait 20 minutes and we were trying to avoid that. Listen I understand when you have a busy night things aren’t ready and you have a lot of customers but yelling at customers for asking questions is not the way to do business. I’m not sure if he is the manager or team lead but the attitude of these guys is sour to say the least. All this and I have my food in less than ten minutes.

Drive thru is always slow which is the norm for Lebanon. Food order was all wrong things missing, and the chicken was not done. How do you not get the chicken done when there are set times? Corporate needs to change out the manager of this place. Not sure I will be back. Mt Juliet location is better. 55 dollars down the drain

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru. Ordered 2 large sides of mashed potatoes and gravy and a large side of coleslaw. Drove home and I had 2 big sides of just mashed potatoes and NO gravy and a small coleslaw(not large). Spending over $40 for a family dinner and not getting all the food I ordered is very upsetting.

This used to be one of the good KFC locations but they started closing their grills and not even serving half the menu from 7 pm even during week days!! Staff is rude and unprofessional.

They tend to make orders very slow and leave things out. We ordered online pickup tonight and apparently they were out of coleslaw but didn't tell us or ask to replace the things we ordered so they gave us a different side we didn't want and just left the coleslaw out of my loaded fry and coleslaw bowl so I have half the food.
