I came through the drive-through. I asked for three Crystal cheese plain I was told they could not do that. That dayshift may do that but night shift will not the best they could do was scrape off the onions then she told me that maybe I shouldn’t come to this restaurant. I did ask for her name. She refused to give it to me.

Service was fast and friendly, and no problems ordering in person or over mobile app, though if you’re not local (like we weren’t) bear in mind there is only outdoor seating available! It’s mostly for drive through service.
It saddens me that Krystal is going away. Until then, let's send them off with a bang and BUY THOSE KRYSTALS!!!

we stopped here to grab lunch and ordered sweet tea which tasted like it’s been sitting out for a while so i asked nicely if they could change it out and one lady argued that’s it’s made fresh everyday but would make us new ones then she went into the back which makes no sense cause the drink machine was right there and came back with a new drink and told me i should taste it before i throw it out. very rude service
