This is one of the worst places for good costumer service or atmosphere. The young people taking orders are very unprofessional and always have horrible attitude. The manager walks around with a nasty, sweaty cowboy hat. Very unprofessional, no courtesy or respect for customers. Talking to customers about his child support going up, cussing, employees cussing etc. Personally whoever owns this little Caesars needs to evaluate his or her business and employees. Definitely need to look into other options for management. Take some pride in the restaurant you manage or take your "management skills" elsewhere. Hire some employees with more professional skills and better attitudes. Food was good

If you want to be yelled at as a customer by a guy wearing a cowboy hat in the kitchen this is the place to spend your hard earned money! Tonight I went in and I said “hi” to the cashier and he ignored my greeting and jumped into asking what I wanted. I would have asked how he was if he bothered to be friendly but he didn’t even say hello back. Then, my food takes longer than the 10 minute wait he said. Then the cowboy wearing employee checks on me after about 15 minutes of waiting and I said it was taking longer than they said. His only (and incredible customer service) reply, “well that’s what happens”. Not a sorry. Not a, I’ll check on it. Not just a simple, we are busy we are working on it (side note, not even that busy). At 20 minutes, cowboy hat comes up again and asks for my name and I told him the cashier didn’t even say hello back to me let alone ask my name and he immediately jumped down my throat and YELLED at me to stop (in front of my seven year old) and to just give him my name even though they didn’t have it. I asked for my money back because I didn’t like the wait or the customer service and he continued to lock me and raise his voice at me and surprise! He couldn’t find my name while trying to give me back my money, because AGAIN I wasn’t asked. I will never EVER appreciate being yelled at in an budget friendly establishment I have frequented as a single mom. I asked if he was the franchise owner, he had a smart reply like I was dumb because it’s not a franchise (which I didn’t know). I asked if he owned the store and how I could talk to the manager and he ignored me.

Girl in the front with braids needs an attitude adjustment. Everything else seems to be good

Since when do you walk in for the pre-made hot and ready options and get told " we don't have any more" I saw 3 boxes ?

Atmosphere was in the car. Very good company around me. Pizza was fresh and ? hot. Service was fast and complete. Hadn't gotten Little Ceasars pizza in a long time. I ate 3 pieces in the car while we were traveling and then one more when I got home many miles away from where the store was in Lebanon TN . Would recommend this store to anyone. It is on W Main street several blocks away from the town Square.

Parking: Several stores share the parking area. There is only one row between the stores and the busy Main street.

Kid-friendliness: There are a few chairs in the lobby for children to sit on until it is their turn to go up to counter and pick up their order.

Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk has a handicapped ♿️ place for wheelchairs to go up and enter what ever store they want to go in.
