Little Pancho's Express

Second time in two days, I went to this restaurant. And both times I could smell a little hint of bleach from them keeping it clean. The menus were even freshly wiped down.
Staff very polite, food was very tasty and the place was decorated nicely.

Friendly staff, the burritos were delicious. Will be back!

I have never wrote a review before. I usually go here twice a month and spend upwards of $50+. Today I was very disappointed after spending $52. I don't mind waiting for food, especially if it's good and fresh. I waiting a good minute just to think my burrito was missing. Come to find out, it wasn't... It was in a brown bag where they put the chips in. I usually pay for queso. Chips and salsa come with the meal. So when he said my burrito is in the bag, I said okay. I was still missing a rice and beans. He then had an attitude giving me the rice and beans. I drive home to realize I was missing the chips. I called the number and some woman answered at a party with a noisy background. Instead of giving me the number to contact them, she decides to argue with me on what meal comes with what. I know chips comes with salsa! I eventually get the number and after I explain what happened... Yes I was upset but didn't yell, they hung up on me! Wow. My husband drove back up there for the chips. Never again. I will not spend another dollar here. And it's sad because the food is actually good.

First time trying this drive through. Never had drive through Mexican food before. Not gonna lie, it was pretty convenient and worth it for a quick meal! I appreciate how they put free chips and salsa in the take out bag like an actual restaurant. 4 for food as the tacos were kinda dry. I recommend they put some lime slices to help with that or something. Will have to go back to try the dining experience!

Update dine in: Very clean you can smell the cleaner like ahh. The presentation of the food is much nicer inside. The waiter was nice however the service was kinda slow like the waiter didn't check on us that much.

Service was excellent. Our waiter was very attentive and took care of our needs. Had chicken fajita, lunch portion. Food was good. Salsa was good. Small salsa bar.

My wife and I love this place. We always get incredible service. The food is delicious, and there is always something different for my wife to try.

The food was delicious. Even with there being a few things slightly wrong. (Mushrooms added on wrong burrito) (Tomatoes on the wrong burrito) guacamole being there.... Truly we just picked that crap off because we were so hungry...it was phenomenal. Next time I pray it is how we order it though.

Could I get my chicken fajitas without it being burned. The last several times I've been thru the drive thru, the onion and peppers and sometimes the chicken is burnt. I wanted to post a picture but no option to do so.

I was really impressed with the food here—it was way better than I expected! Everything tasted fresh, and the meat had that clean, at home taste. Portions were solid too. I ordered the fajita plate, which came with a drink and was totally worth it. Oh, and don’t sleep on the salsa bar—it’s loaded with options. The place was spotless, the staff were super friendly, and the whole experience felt like fast food... but way better. All that for just over $10?

First time ordering from here everything was really good Since Jalisco was closed we had to find another Mexican restaurant to go to so we thought we would try this one turns out everything we heard about it was true

Passing thru on the way to gatlinburg. Food was fast and fresh and the servers were top notch.
