Logan's Roadhouse

Blah..

We were there Memorial weekend. The server was horrible! She skipped one of our party on the drink order. We were a party of six, she bought us a basket with 4 rolls. Then she didn't return for nearly 20 min. All of our drinks were empty. When she finally returned she used the excuse that there was a birthday party in the kitchen. Another of our party asked for butter and sour cream for her potato, the server threw her hands in the air, looked at the ceiling mumbling. Yet another of our party didn't get his fries until the rest of us were packing up our leftovers!

The food is fantastic, the service is absolutely horrible. I don't recommend anyone dine in here.

I do want to thank the hostess that helped us get more rolls and drinks when our server kept disappearing.

After waiting an hour for our food, the manager then came to our table and informed us they were out of baked potatoes. So we said okay bring fries instead. Still 20 minutes later, now going on an hour and half and still no meal.We left.

Didn't receive salads,only one comp on our ticket and we redeemed a coupon asked to speak to manager server comes back to explain. We didn't ask for an explanation we asked for the manager, which was

LOVED our waitress, Kayla . She was very attentive to us, so polite and kind. Whatever we needed, she went above and beyond to make sure we were met with hospitality and respect. She is by far one of the best waitresses we have had at ANY Logan's roadhouse restaurants! 10/10 would recommend anyone to go on a night she is serving; she really made it feel welcoming!!

The food was horrible. The worst country fried steak I’ve ever had. The best part was the side salad & sweet tea. Won’t be back again. Me & my family all hated the food. Had a weird taste to it. The steaks weren’t cooked right.

I love Logans, but not this one. Waited on food forever, server was horrible with poor attitude. They were out of everything we wanted. And then the steaks were cooked wrong.i will never go back to the Lebanon location.

12/14/24 - 3pm on a Saturday, about as un-busy as restaurant can be, yet it took them 15 minutes to seat us and another 15 before we left without ever even seeing a menu.

Mixed Experience
We started off on a decent note with the rolls arriving promptly. While not exceptional, they were enjoyable.
However, the prime rib was a disappointment. Ordered medium-rare, it arrived tough. This was a major letdown considering it's a signature dish.
The presentation of the broccoli in a plastic bag was quite off-putting. Additionally, instead of the expected horseradish, I was given ranch dressing.
On the positive side, my wife's salad was quite good, and the kid enjoyed his chicken tenders.
Overall: A mixed bag. The service was decent, but the quality of the prime rib and the presentation of the broccoli were significant drawbacks.

The steak was the best I've at logans in a long time they finally must have hired a cook that knows how to cook a steak. And the bartender Bethany was absolutely the best I've had there, I'll be back again soon.

Never was acknowledged, I understand it's a Sunday, but you were not that busy.

While enjoying our salads my wife noticed a bug moving in her salad. The manager’s response was “looks like a stink bug. Sorry about that.” The server asked if she could get her a “different side”. That was it. Done!

Online Google search shows it was supposed to be opened at 10 a. m. We were there at 10:30 and it wasn't open.

“What a great experience!! We had Brandi as our server and her service was spot on. Rarely do you get service like she gave us. I highly recommend her. She was timely, made sure we had everything we needed, went the extra mile to make it a good date night. Her joy in serving us was infectious.
The food was made exactly as we asked. The Logan was tender and cooked the way we ordered. It made eating it a pleasure and my date did a happy dance in his chair.
I was apprehensive about going to Logan's because service has sometimes been lackluster but with a server like Brandi, your evening becomes special.”
