There were 2 people working when I went in. The lady was super friendly and said if I wanted to try flavors to let her know. I tried 3 but wasnt crazy about it, then my husband ordered something so she started making that. The male employee came up to me and said what do you want? I asked if I could try another one. So I tried birthday cake which was delicious. I asked for a scoop of that in the white chocolate waffle bowl. When i took my first bite the waffle was so stale which I said out loud. The lady employee heard me and with an attitude said they shouldn't be because they just made them last night. Well, it is. I am assuming she thought I was being rude or she took offense because she made them but all I know is that waffle bowl tasted like it sat there for a week. The ice cream was delicious but service kind of sucked.

I like this place but every time I’ve gone recently they are closed much earlier than their hours say online. So I guess don’t get your hopes up if you go after dinner!

Ice cream was great and so was the service! The only reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is the fact that, for the 3rd time we had gone there. The slab was broken, which means the toppings had to get layered instead of mixed in. Which not a big deal, but I personally think the slab is a big part of the experience of going there. I Really hope it gets fixed soon though!

We just got to cups of ice cream, i didn't find anything special, There machine was down to mix. Was very sad. Husband got Sweet cream and brownies. Me Vanilla and cherries, brownies. I was not impressed, i have had much better ice cream. But it was a nice little treat before the trip home.

Don't order a cake. They do not know how to do pretty writing, it just needed to say a simple happy birthday and the name. I have never seen worse writing. It tasted good, which was why I gave it two stars, but otherwise I was severely disappointed especially for the price.

9-10-22 We didn't ask the employee's name, she was working by herself? She was very attentive and courteous and we had no issues. Service was excellent!
