Mangos Mexican Restaurant

Decided to try this place out on New Years Eve. Food was some of the best food I've had in Mt Juliet/Lebanon. Only issue we had was waiting on the food for about 40 minutes.

Ordered on uber eats, the tamales are really big and actually good. The pollo and rice was also good. Came packaged well, about 13$ a plate plus drinks. Highly recommend you atleast give them a try.

Very busy place, but if you like Mexican food and you like something that has a kick then it. don’t go here because the food is very bland. No flavor cheese dip has no flavor. The salsa is delicious. The tacos are bland so if you like bland American style Mexican food go here, but if you like real Mexican food that has spices don’t eat here. And it’s very expensive as well two meals cost 70 bucks that’s way too much money.

Typical Mexican dishes unlike other places that are cheap "copies".

Went to mangos after hearing the margaritas are pretty good. Went on a Saturday night and it was kinda empty. The margaritas were good. The food was also tasty and fresh. I ordered the enchiladas. I am curious to try more items on the menu. I didn't love the taste of the ground beef, but the shredded chicken was yummy and flavorful. The service was okay, not the most personable. I will come back to reevaluate.

I ordered takeout food two days ago. When I was about to eat the avocado, I discovered the label was still there as pictured and the avocado was not of the best quality as it showed those dark spots indicative of rot. I also paid for three tamales and they only gave me one. I will never buy food from this restaurant again.

My experience tonight was very disappointing. I ordered for a takeout and it took more than 30 minutes to get our food and it was a bit pricey. And the food was not good to me. I will not return.

I can't speak to authenticity, but everything we've had so far has been great! The reason for 4 stara is their to-go containers are terrible and if you're not careful it spills in the bag and makes a mess. Please get better containers or wrap with food wrap.

Stopped in for supper on a Sunday evening. Prompt service, cold beer, and the adobo verde was great! I'd intended on just getting an appetizer but the picture in the menu looked too good. I'm glad I went for it. The music isn't too loud, either. I will definitely be returning.
