This was the first of its kind to come near our area and I’m glad it did. My favs are the Savannah chopped salad (the half salad is huge) and McAlister’s wrap. The rewards app is pretty good too. Try their desserts. Usually I pass on dessert but theirs are worth it.

We arrived around 7:00PM to an empty store. We were told they were out of spuds and only had 1 employee cooking so our food would take awhile. It was obvious they didn't want our business. After ordering, we were instructed we could only sit in one area of the store because the other side was closed down. Terrible customer service and experience especially considering we spent $50 to eat sub par food.

There’s no way on a Sunday at 12:30 there should only be one cashier. The line wait is 15 minutes just to order.

Food was great and the front staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and restrooms were clean... There was no music playing and it was very quiet so you could clearly hear the discussions in the kitchen which was not what I expected.....

Great service
Tried to give this location a second chance. It’s basically cafeteria level food. Nice people at the counter and overall good friendly service. But some items didn’t match what was on the menu. Little over priced for canned soup and a microwaved sandwich.
Wheelchair accessibility: Had a table designated for guests with ADA Needs.

Super fast and friendly staff! I got the French dip- it was tasty and came out quickly. I’m from out of town, so I’m not sure if this location is new, but it certainly looked like it because it was so clean.

Went by the Lebanon TN location today at 2. When we arrived and walk in the brunette lady with glasses on in the kitchen window said this " so much for being slow today ". She had this very despondent look on her face as she said it, as if I ruined her day by walking in. I understand the weather conditions were gloomy because of hurricane Helene, but ma'am if you don't want to interact with people then don't work in the customer/ service industry. I'm pretty sure McAlister did not want to lose busy and a customer because YOU didn't want to perform YOUR job duties. So me and my wife drove across the street to Chipotle where we were greeted with a lovely smile and pleasant attitude. I really hope corporate sees this.
