I had a issue with a delivery order ,and despite delivery being handled by a 3rd party management was able to clear it up in no time. Also the staff was as helpful as they could be with the situation all around kudos to them for putting the customer first.

As soon as we walked in, the smell was awful. The place smelled like sewage. We proceeded to order, the lady at the register was nice but it seem like she did not know how to count money. The floors were dirty. Most of the tables still had dirty dishes sitting on the tables. The food was brought to our table in a timely manner. The food was ok. As customers were coming in, the lady in the kitchen area was yelling that it would be 20-30 minutes before they could take anymore orders. The girls with long hair did not have their hair pulled up. The whole place was just gross!
We have been a customer for a long time. Lately we received 4 chips with our Tortilla Soup. We asked for more and got a little package of 4 more. This is redicious!! Won’t be going back.

Very clean restaurant with good service. We were disappointed with the food though, especially after hearing people rave about it. My veggie baked potato had way too much pepper in it, to the point that I could not eat much of it. Husband's wrap and soup also lacked flavor. Pretty pricey too which stings when it doesn't taste that good.

Unfortunately my second experience much like the first is exactly like so many have described. Sitting here almost 30 minutes after ordering and still don't have my food. There are more dirty tables than clean tables in the restaurant. Once might have been bearable but the exact thing twice and being mentioned so many times in reviews shows the owner doesn't care. You can read the owner replies to the negative reviews so they know this is an ongoing issue.
