The staff was very rude, i witnessed a staff member treating multiple customers rudely, specially when a group of people who had never used the kiosk before asked for help as she refused to let them check out at the register.

While the McDonald’s on Cumberland has much better quality of food than the Main St. location, the service and evening shift management is extremely poor. Their attitudes are the worst and they definitely don’t understand how to analyze sales data, inventory levels, supplier lead times to predict demand. No matter what you order, they always “ask you to pull up.” Which I typically don’t mind waiting for freshly made food. However, to wait in line 15 minutes before your order is taken, then get pulled up, only to have a problem with your order is completely unacceptable. I ordered a double quarter pounder, get home and only have eighth of a quarter pounder. They are a chronic disappointment.

There's never been a time when we went here and our food hasn't been cold and WRONG. It's like they don't listen to what you say. We went by last night asked for a Quarter pounder no mustard add mayonnaise and a double quarter pounder. They gave us a Big Mac and cold fried. I rather make a special trip out to Smithville then ever go back here. At least I get hot food and my order right out there.

I used the men's room and noticed that the walls had boogers smeared every where. Walls, ceiling, by the sink . The place must not have been cleaned. I asked to speak to a manager. A man came out and I explained the situation, then he said he had to get the manager. I said I thought you were the manager, he said no he was the assistant manager and he would get her. I waited several minutes at the counter and no one else came, so we left. Pictures are attached, not for people with weak stomachs.

I visited this location around 1 AM and almost didn’t stop because all visible lights—inside the building and in the parking lot—were off, giving the impression the restaurant was closed. Despite the dark exterior, I placed a mobile order through the app and paid in advance. The order included:
2 Double Cheeseburgers
1 Deluxe Cheeseburger (no pickles)
2 Spicy McChickens with cheese
1 Cheeseburger Happy Meal (extra fries, Coke)
We pulled up to the second window and waited over 30 minutes while the employee repeatedly stated they couldn’t find our order in the system. I had to show the confirmation on my phone multiple times. During this time, we watched staff bring food out to at least three other parked cars, all while a line of vehicles piled up behind us. Several customers ended up leaving entirely, and a few parked and went inside, looking clearly upset.
When we finally received the food, the quality was far below expectations. The burgers were stale, the buns were dry, and the McChickens were absolutely drenched in mayonnaise, with it leaking all over the wrappers. After taking a bite, I genuinely questioned if I might get sick from the meal.
For a McDonald’s located just 30 minutes from Nashville, especially on a busy Friday night, the lack of staffing, poor food quality, and organizational chaos are unacceptable. This location needs serious improvement in both customer service and kitchen operations.

You know what you're getting when patronizing a McDonalds. It's a real shame that this franchise has moved away from the whimsical roots and chose to go bland and grey. Nobody is going and expecting Gordon Ramsey and a modern atmosphere. This place used to be about fun.
