I'm only giving 2 stars for food quality. This is really not anyone's fault that works here. I didn't realize how gross fast food is and not just McDonald's but all fast food until I did a heavy metal cleanse for 7 days and fasted 3 days about 12 days prior to my visit. My taste buds are very sensitive now and I literally gagged trying to eat a bacon quarter pounder. If you're just trying to sustain hunger until you get home try a salad. The breakfast is ok but still tastes weird. Again, this is not anyone's fault that works here. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was nice. This just reminds me to be mindful of what I'm putting into my body and I'm no health freak. I'm overweight by 15lbs and don't exercise and that's on me. It's amazing when you haven't eaten something for a few months and do a cleanse how different it tastes. It's always tasted the same I just didn't realize it. Sorry McDonald's I'm not trying to bash you.

We ordered our food today and before we could finish the order at the window to add our last thing on the total was already told to us . COOO RIGHT !? we get to the window to and my fiance ask hey man can I add a smoothie on ? And the little boy says “ no “ my fiance said “ no why “ he said “ because he didn’t want to “ but proceeded to ask what did we want to add on . He didn’t say yeah we would have to add it on separate just flat out because he didn’t want to . 0/10 hire better people that actually wanna do there job . We drove off without our food .

$20 wasted! Ordered a double QP and Mcdouble meals. Both burgers were cold and not fixed how they were ordered. To add insult to injury I paid extra for a few pieces of whizzled up lettuce and a 1/2 teaspoon of mac sauce on one burger and barely any on the other. Wow....is it really that difficult to read a screen and follow instructions 🤷♀️🤦♀️. So done with this McDonald's! I never make it home with what I order or how I order it. The young lady that took my order is the reason you got a 3 for service.

Placed my online order at 9:35. Showed up at 9:40 to pick it up. And was told they were closed. We could hear them inside laughing and cutting up but told me I had to cancel my online order because they were closed when they don’t close, they turned away another car while I was there. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I normally go to the Cumberland Avenue store.

Listen, I normally don't do reviews on McDonald's because the service is usually what you expect from fast food. This particular McDonald's upset me a few years ago. Today I got the absolute best service ever! The workers were overwhelmed but still maintained fantastic customer service and even went above and beyond coming out to the tables and asking if we were good or needed anything. This location had stepped up in a big way and I'm going to let it be known. I appreciate it.

0 stars...work 3rd shift..sometimes I just want a hot meal. Only 2 places to choose from is Wendy's and this place..there's always an excuse to not even take an order. Terrible staff for a long time. Won't ever go back to this spot.. ps been going for 5 years every now and then to see if it has changed...gotten worse.
My wife came to get breakfast for us this morning but waited for 45 minutes due to the screen not being on when the order was taken and when she went in to see what was taking so long, she was ignored by several employees. Very unexpectable.

I mean it was a trip to McDonald's. I disappointed that there still isn't a changing table in the women's restroom and I would assume there isn't one in the men's either. I spoke with a corporate manager about why there weren't any when we attended the grand re-opening. He said that they were on back order. It's been a while since the remodel.
