Better off going literally anywhere else. Waited up front by the counter for 30 minutes for no one to say a word to me and I was unable to cancel the order through the app so they just took my 30 dollars and all I got was endless wasted time.
I placed a support ticket the same day and nothing was done. They never returned the money for that order even after 5+ emails through their system.
Scammed for the last time for sure. I won't be giving McDonald's any more of my money.

So I had to order wrong way to 20 minutes and it sat there without letting me after they took my number three times and gave it to me 20 minutes later after I looked at that bag and realized that was my bag the whole time and then they had my order wrong on top of that then they gave my coffee as they handed to me. It spilled all over my hand, burnt my hand upsucks don’t go to McDonald’s requesting a refund and gloves

I had the new Chicken Big Mac and I loved it. The manager was wearing a tie and I complimented him for it. He said he's the only manager that wears one, but he feels he should because he's a professional and the leader. I respect it. Guy was a total G as well.

I ordered two chicken big macs and wanted them with cheese and mayo only, instead I received them with every kind of topping, lettuce, onion, Big Mac sauce, pickles. I understand getting in the groove and just slapping together a sandwich, but there were only three other people at the location I chose.
I asked for cookies in the drive through window at 8:11pm, and as the guy working was telling us they didn’t have any, another employee hopped on the intercom and yelled “40 minutes!” Then we got to the first window and asked how long it actually took, he closed the window and started laughing and then said 2 minutes. The girl at the pick up window rolled her eyes for the four drinks we ordered when we asked for a drink tray and closed the window in our face as we were telling her we ordered cookies and she walked away laughing and grabbed cookies that were cold and clearly not made fresh so they had cookies the whole time?? Worst service I’ve ever had anywhere in my life. I will NEVER be back. It was ridiculous.

Corporate has obviously cut staffing since the kiosks were installed. The store no longer has enough people to keep up with the inside customers, much less the pickup and drive through orders. At least my chicken was properly cooked. Breakfast chicken here is half done because they're rushing so hard. Staffing up would solve the problem, but that would cut into margin, so we know it won't happen.

Chauncey was super nice and helpful. Saw I was waiting for my Togo order and made sure to check and tell me what we were waiting on and how quick he could have it to us. I sat at a table to wait and he made sure to come find me when it was ready.
