Poor customer service etiquette. Watching people get served while im asked to use a prompt to order food. Birthday boy get what he wanted but no one else ordered. Your loss.

Took our granddaughters for lunch after church. Employees were pleasant and the restaurant was very clean in the front. Clean dining area, clean play area clean restrooms . We thanked the kind maintenance gentleman that was there for all of his hard work. You can tell someone is working to make this McDonald’s better. Thank you for an enjoyable lunch.

I ordered two 10-piece nugget meals in the drive-through, but they were out of every sauce except buffalo and honey mustard. My wife strongly prefers ranch, but we made do and selected honey mustard. I was pulled over for fries, which meant they would be fresh—a small win. After a 15-minute wait, they brought me the wrong bag and no honey mustard. I asked for the sauce again. When I offered to get it myself, an employee told me they were out of honey mustard. I then asked for the ranch used on their snack wrap, and she bizarrely claimed the ranch snack wrap doesn't come with ranch. Frustrated, I decided to take ketchup instead and asked them to remake the food since they had handed my order to someone else previously. They took my bag, tossed it onto the counter, and I stood there for another 15 minutes. The employee took both the new bag and the old one to the back. Assuming she wasn't being watched, she put the old food into the new bag. I was furious but too tired to argue, so I took the bag and threw it away at the Wendy's down the road. It was the worst service I have ever experienced. I wish I had gotten their names, but I will never return to that location; I will stick to the location by Walmart from now on.

Doesn't even deserve a star. The workers there cant seem to do there job correctly because every time i go I'm always missing a food item from the bag. This has happened to me more than 6 different times. Other than that they seem to serve food that has been sitting out for awhile because my food rarely comes out hot its always cold and soggy

Dirtiest and most run down looking McDonald's I've been to. Ordered from them several times and only two times have i gotten what I ordered. They don't train properly here, and the food stays out for hours without them changing. I guarantee they're reusing lettuce, tomatoes and the like. My last two daily doubles had rotten soft tomatoes. I'll get a Pic update next order.

Twice in a row ordered sausage, egg, & cheese McGriddle. Folded egg had zero flavor. Also, if you order orange juice to drink, be forewarned, it is probably 80% water and tastes putrid. It happened to my daughter twice before she told me. The mark-up on drinks is astronomical anyway so it’s a shame this location repeatedly does this. My daughter loves the steak bagel.
Manager was extremely rude and impatient to her elderly employees in front of guests. Additionally, was rude to guests picking up their orders. Wasn’t wearing a name tag. Highly unprofessional.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I ordered on the kiosk and wanted to pay at the counter. I stood there for almost 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. I walked out. I will never step foot in this McDonald's again. 😡

I've never had a correct meal at this location. I went there yesterday- Asked for no onions on my burger, it came with onions. No worries, Ill pick it off. Asked for no whip cream on a milkshake, handed to me with whip cream. Then, my daughters happy meal didnt even have her cheeseburger in it.
